Insta360 - The Best You Can Buy

Insta360: Excellent product line, high quality products, phenomenal customer service. Their products are innovative and I love every one of the products of theirs that I own.

I wish I had more money so that I could buy everything that they make. When you buy quality, you never have any regrets and Insta360 product line is the best money can buy.

Defective WIFI X4 Air

The complaint via telephone support worked great, sending in the defective X4 Air was a bit complicated because the address wasn't too far away from me. The inspection and repair took a little long for me, even though I had booked the FlexCare, but the telephone support helped me a lot here too, big praise to the employees.

Effortlessness

I was pleased with the ease of purchase and support I receive before it. The Shipment was lightyears beyond better than Amazon.
It felt as easy as clicking on the product and having it delivered seconds later

I am not upset about the refund amount…

I am not upset about the refund amount itself. What disappointed me was the way Insta360 handled the case.

I clearly informed customer service that my original credit card had already been closed, and they agreed to refund the NCC fee to my Taiwan bank account. However, without notifying me, they refunded the money back to the closed credit card instead.

Throughout the process, I had to repeatedly follow up on the case myself because customer service rarely provided updates. When the issue occurred, I was simply told to contact the bank on my own.

The problem is not the money. The problem is that Insta360 failed to follow the agreed refund method, provided poor communication, and shifted the burden of resolving the issue to the customer.
我購買 Insta360 商品後,因 NCC 費用退款問題與客服聯繫。客服明確同意退款到我的台灣銀行帳戶,我也提前告知原信用卡已停用。但最後客服未依承諾執行,直接退款到信用卡,且過程中多次不回覆進度,最終只要求我自行與銀行聯繫。讓我失望的不是金額,而是客服的溝通品質與處理態度。

Insta360 doesn't just offer value for…

Insta360 doesn't just offer value for your money, they offer the best in performance and build quality.

Ppl also need to understand that even though their app is also free, it's also feature loaded and in many ways better that some paid video editing software that I've got.

As a YouTube Tech reviewer (@all-the-gear-and-no-idea-uk) I've seen massive improvements over each camera model that they've produced and released over the years and what needed to be fix got done very quickly in a simple firmware update.

Watch this company closely- because within the very near future it'll be the only brand to go for (especially when they start to introduce 10bit so you can do you own colour grading)

Note to DJI.... you need to look-listening and start learning

Had a question about the warranty…

Had a question about the warranty before I bought. Emailed them and got a fairly prompt reply, clear enough that I didn't need to follow up. Went ahead and ordered after that. Delivery was a couple of days later, all in order.
