Insta360 doesn't just offer value for your money, they offer the best in performance and build quality.

Ppl also need to understand that even though their app is also free, it's also feature loaded and in many ways better that some paid video editing software that I've got.

As a YouTube Tech reviewer (@all-the-gear-and-no-idea-uk) I've seen massive improvements over each camera model that they've produced and released over the years and what needed to be fix got done very quickly in a simple firmware update.

Watch this company closely- because within the very near future it'll be the only brand to go for (especially when they start to introduce 10bit so you can do you own colour grading)

Note to DJI.... you need to look-listening and start learning

Had a question about the warranty before I bought. Emailed them and got a fairly prompt reply, clear enough that I didn't need to follow up. Went ahead and ordered after that. Delivery was a couple of days later, all in order.

Poor product, over heats in just 12-14 mins recording. Does not want to even record indoors even though light is quite good. Battery life about 70% of stated life. Waste of money.

My onex2 was a good cam... always enjoyed it. I updated and now it will not start up.... sometimes after 30 times it will. Sometimes with powerbutton, somtimes with start record button. But ones it´s started te buttons work in 1 push, so perfect. As a paraglider i can afford this time to lose in the air. I need a cam that i can rely on. Not the unpracticle thing of pushing 30 times taking out a battery and other things. Will or will not start hmmmm fed up to lose 3 flights of siv cours that cost more then a camera. Not amused by updates. It´s not much used and the battery´s where recharged and discharged frequently to avoid batterydamage, so unstabil power is not the case, tested with other batteries,sd cards no fix either. Updated and broken...?

I bought the Insta360 Ace Pro 2 and it's been fantastic. The 8K resolution and high frame rates make it perfect for shooting birds – I can crop in post and still keep great detail, plus slow-mo captures every wing flap beautifully.

The flip screen, fast startup, and FlowState stabilization are awesome too. The battery lasts long, and the app is super easy to use.

Now I want to buy a macro lens to make an even better upgrade for bird shooting: feather details, eyes, tiny movements.

Highly recommended for wildlife lovers!

Ordered Tuesday arrived Thursday morning. Packaging was decent, nothing had moved about in transit. No fuss, which is what you want really.

Packed this for a backcountry trip. Didn't ice up overnight and came back on fine the next morning. Fast charge meant I could top it up from a power bank at lunch. Battery being removable was also clutch, swapped to a second one on day two without thinking.

Clipped to my bag strap on the subway and nobody looked twice. Quiet enough that nobody noticed, which I didn't think would matter until I realized it does. Doesn't beep or chirp when you start recording.

Bought this to film my kid's soccer games. Zoomed-in handheld footage looked better than the tripod setup I was using. Battery gets through a whole half without blinking. Audio pickup is better than I expected for how loud those fields get.

Delivery was on time and setup didn't need a manual. App walked me through pairing and firmware updated on the first try. I was recording within the hour of opening the box.

Ran this on my helmet cam setup for a moto ride. Held up through rain and wind, no flickering or shut-offs. Pretty impressed for a first outing. Fast-charge meant I could top up during a gas stop and keep rolling on the second leg.

The screen being able to flip means I stopped guessing whether my face was in the shot. Sounds small but it saved me from redoing a whole afternoon of footage.

Great piece off kit always buy my gear for my camera from them, quality is outstanding

Make sure you smartphone is compatable with the Insta360 app otherwise your £450.00 camera it totally useless

Had a charger issue out of the box the included one wasn't fast-charging correctly. Emailed support expecting to fight for a replacement. They shipped one out without making me jump through hoops, arrived in three business days. The rep who handled it was actually responsive. That kind of thing matters to me, especially when you're dropping this much on a camera.
