They need to improve communication. After paying for the license, the email I received had a failed link. It should have told me that the license would come in a separate email the next day.

I figured out what the link should have been.

I can't access features in office, I can't download or install outlook. I get a message that this is not a authorized version.

the Attorney General in states where they are based (Wyoming and New York) need to shut them down and prosecute them for fraud, wire tap fraud, grand theft and any thing they can come up with.

The instructions provided with this purchase DID NOT WORK. I have a new HP computer with NO previous Office product installed. The secondary instruction sent ALSO did not work, the Product code provided was NOT applicable with neither instructions. I spent 3 weeks working on this and requested the cancellation of my purchase and a refund of payment. I DO NOT recommend purchase of this product.

I cannot install the product. I have sent three emails with no replies. I called and no one answered. Very dissatisfied.

The process was straight- forward. Instant license delivered a great product with instructions and links that were understandable. That made installation simple and easy.

The download directions were awful and I was not able to download the product. I sent emails for help and then asked for a refund and I haven't heard anything back.

Worst experience ever. Paid $70 for a file that won't open, run or install. "Instructions" for install were just horrible. Customer Service basically consisted of me telling these scam artists what I thought of them and them questioning my ability to install their sham software. Asked for, but not expecting, a full refund on my purchase price. Bad all around, would not recommend this company or bother looking at using them ever again.

Supposedly I purchased software, but I cannot get it downloaded and the information sent to me is not working. I contact the help line it suggests contacting, but they want a credit card number before doing anything. Why? Also, I called the phone number for the office and get no answer, even though it is the office hours. Left a message, but not hearing anything. Makes me wonder if this is a scam.

Could not be more disappointed and disgusted. I purchased the Microsoft Office 2024 ProPlus Official software three (3) days ago. The instructions have you uninstall your current Office software which I did. Next you install the software you purchased. That is where my issues started. The software will not download and install. I have made multiple calls and sent a two emails requesting help from the company and no contact has been made at all. Not even an attempt to acknowledge my attempts to obtain help. IN THE MEAN TIME my computer has none of the Microsoft products working because they had me uninstall my old software. Yes, I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with my decision to purchase this product from this company.

The download was a little different than what I have been used to, but once I got that straight in my mind, it was a breeze.

Download would not work. Emailed the company received a response within a few hours with a usable link and detailed instructions.

I still haven't received the license key. It's been almost 2 weeks since I ordered it. I asked for the license key, but there's no reply. Please answer when I can get the license key.
