I recieved the software as purchased very happy

Did not work as advertised

Software was easy to download and install.

I never received the download and the license email. I place the order on 9/30/24. I have also called left messages & emailed you. Nobody answered. Please correct the problem or I will have to cancel this transaction.

I actually 'stumbled' across Instant License while researching how to upgrade my software from an older PC to a new PC. I have to admit that I was skeptical, but I'm happy I decided to trust you. The purchase process was simple and straightforward. The emails confirming the purchase were timely and provided everything I needed. The download was simple and without issues. The license code worked great. The best part is that I saved several hundred dollars not having to subscribe to a cloud-based software package. Thanks...

I needed an IMMEDIATE download. What I got was a 1-6 hour wait.
Requested a refund 5x's - have yet to get an answer.
800 # is not manned.

Received in a reasonable time. Very Impressed with Product.

I never got the second email with my activation code; I waited for 2 days, and nothing came through. I sent a couple emails to their help desk and tried calling them, but no one ever got back to me on it. I ended up just buying another license, but it did the same thing so now I have purchased 2 separate Windows 11 Pro licenses and have the invoices for them but no activation codes, so they are of no good to me.

No customer support over the weekends. The product I purchased was delivered with a faulty link.

Despite ‘instant’ being part of their name, it took close to 28 hours before I got the code. It was estimated to arrive 1-6 hours in an email I received AFTER purchase. (This email did say it might take a little longer because of a sale, but still frustrating that it wasn’t instant! I had a project I needed to do.)

But I will give 4 stars because the product is working fine and the price was good. Purchase was for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 for Windows.

Scammers. Still waiting for the license key, all I hear from them is that "I need to be patient" even though I made the purchase days ago.

Received the link to my software within minutes of purchase. Downloading was easy and help from our internal IT Team made accessing the software painless.

While I was completing my purchase I had some difficulty when I put in the credit card information. When the purchase went through it took me to another page where I was to download the software and activate it. The button to do that didn’t work and it took me back to the page to shop again. On their website I tried to leave a message but it wouldn’t go through because there wasn’t a line on the form where to put my email address and because of that the submit button was grayed out and didn’t work.

When I left their website I sent them an email and it was finally answered with a link to download my purchase and their promise to send the software’s serial number within a FEW hours. When I didn’t receive it I sent another email which wasn’t answered. I sent another email and the next day I finally received the serial number.

I thought the name of the company was Instant License. Hmmm…. not a 5 star experience.

Great price, quickly send of key code, download easy.

Still unable to load program. Yes I received the license, but the program won’t load. Will attempt in final time, and then refuse the charge if still unable.

I purchased microsoft office and when I entered in the license number it wasn’t valid. I tried again and verified, still no luck. Waste of money

This company is not responding to my request for the license key. It has been 3 days. I will be filling a fraudulent transaction tomorrow if I do not receive a response.
