This agent has now been expelled from all the Property Redress Schemes because of unethical behaviour, so they are operating illegally, although they still use the PRS logo on their website. Beware- check with the PRS scheme before you engage with them.
Muhammad helped me to get a tenant for my flat. He was very helpful and did the best be could and always got back to me very quickly.
