Had a few Omnipod 5's detach and cause high blood sugars, phoned insulet, practically called a liar, spoken over so down to last 3 pods tried reporting 3 problems told it'll be 21st before next order despatched so god forbid anymore falls off!!! Insulet shove your crap system!!!
Poor communication and very difficult to arrange a replacement for a failed omnipod. 5 pods failed out of the 3 month batch. No standardised way to report a failed pod. The pod works well and does what it says until it fails before its replacement date. The amount of information needed to report seems excessive and needs to be done very close to the time of the fail. This requires a phone call which is not always convenient, especially if it fails at night.
