Excellent fast response very helpful extremely satisfying

How poor the website navigation is built.

its quite hard to get quoe it always taking to same page. no proper information and dont like the way it built.

Worst company no check n balance no one reply through emails dump company ever.

AWFUL company,

NO resolutions, just repeat the same thing to you over and over again. NO proper complaint process, failing to adhere to FCA rules. Grossly in debt and using a so called system error to prop up their bank accounts with top ups.

No manager ever is available to speak to either.

If they don't go bust this year Id be very surprised, Onee MD this month already resigned.

Oh and they delete bad reviews

Basically the policy does not cover windshield and breakdown protection that we need to take separately when we take that separate the Insur and other companies are the same and the other hiding factor they will ask you to sign in for credit agreement that will impact your credit score too that no insure does that .Guys be careful as when you compare to other companies

To all the people in the 1st Claims team who work for Thomas Evans and are part of his team, supreme service for helping me get my bike on the road after I was hit from behind. Thankyou. I just can't believe the ignorance and unprofessional conduct of the 3rd party not responding the incident. Not even Jimmy Carr could right this as a sketch fir his comedy shows!
