ABSOLUTE WORST

ABSOLUTE WORST
"Repairs" made to our roof due to fire damage. Took them over 6 months to carried this out.
2yrs later, we have a leak in our bedroom ceiling, mould growing and damage to our insulation from the water.
It was confirmed by insurance company and assessor that the leak was due to poor workmanship by Pattersons, who repeatedly request we fix the roof sheeting they installed and then they would repair the water damage or initially sent us an invoice for the full scope of works stating we requested "private works" to be carried out.
9 months later, nothing has been done.
I've lodged 2 formal complaints with insurer and Patterson have just cancelled our appointment and rescheduled for another month away.
Do not understand how this company is still in business. Just disgusting.

Tell your insurer not to use Pattersons InsureBuild

If your insurance company appoints Pattersons InsureBuild to your claim, go back to your insurer and ask them to appoint someone else. Our experience with them was that apart from Regan who took over our case late in the repairs, the rest of their company are incompetent and unresponsive. Their contractors caused as much damage as they repaired until finally we had enough and told our insurer that we would no longer have Pattersons InsureBuild or their contractors on our property and to pay us out instead. Again if your insurance company appoints Pattersons InsureBuild, tell your insurer you want another assessor or want to be paid out instead as the heartache and mental distress from dealing with Pattersons InsureBuild is not worth it.
