First time setting up a van rental business and Casey and the team have been very patient and helpful with getting us set up and answering our many questions. Very flexible insurance which suits our needs and is easy to sort online. The only thing I would say is that the How to Use website is lacking a little and doesn't contain much information.

InsureCarHire were the only insurance company to get back to me promptly with a quote for a Hire Insurance policy that suited my needs.
Jake was very helpful in answering any queries that I had regarding the quote and came back to me quickly with any questions regarding setting up our online portal, which is straightforward to use.

Can't even get a quotation on price from them for my future business. Disappointing from get go.

Easy to use, hassle free

Always had very prompt replies to any queries I have. Always spent time to explain and make sure I understand fully, which is a rare benefit these days. Basically, very helpful team.

We started in february with a couple of cars, with help and advice from staff we are now the biggest independent self drive car hire business in Morcombe. Staff great, Hire portal strait forward. If i owned this business would spend little money updating the look of portal,but it does what it says on the tin and a little more. I would recommend this company.

Very easy process going through the initial form and getting everything set up. I started with one vehicle and have just added a second. I will be adding more later this summer.

The only suggestion to avoid negative feedback would be to have queries or follow-up a phone line on the website as I can see how this would be frustrating if you couldn't follow up.

I applied for an InsureCarHire account a little while ago and was sadly declined, upon calling up to query this my mind was put at ease by the team themselves (thank you Katie). I worried it may have been something against my business and that this may affect my ability to get cover in the future with other providers but I was explained about insurers acceptance criteria and just how strict the industry can be.

It’s a shame I won’t be able to work with the team moving forward but hey-ho, I think they deserve this review for the customer care alone and I wish them all the best!

Been using this system for a few weeks now and so far so good. Contacted Jake several times at the beginning and he has been very helpful in sorting out my queries.

Was looking for an alternative for my current annual insurance for two motorhomes that I hire out. I watched all their videos and read all the information on their website and decided to request a quote. I entered all of my details online. The application was declined within minutes with no explanation. There is no contact number on the website for new customers and says nothing about the criteria that needs to be met to be accepted. Maybe it is because I only have 2 motorhomes but who knows. It would save a lot of people time and save them from submitting details if there was a section on the website that explained the criteria to be accepted.

I am setting up a rental car company. The offer and flexibility from InsuranceCarHire proved to meet my needs perfectly. Set up was pretty smooth and Jake was patient and very swift in answering my many questions. Helpful too in that I was coming at this as a new venture with little experience. Once up and running, the dashboard to set up insurance cover is pretty straightforward. Overall - can't fault this service, so recommend without hesitation.
