Great experience working with the team for my General Liability insurance. They were very helpful, responsive, and made the process easy to understand from start to finish. Good Rates & Customer Service
Good Rates & Customer Service. Holly was very patient with many questions I asked about cyber and errors & omissions coverage. I wish they had a broader selection of insurance carriers. Insureon doesn't directly answer questions, but sends them to the carrier for their direct response. This is helpful, but it puts a delay in responses. Despite that, Holly worked to make the responses as quick as possible. I've paid the broker fee and Holly is STILL responsive. She was really great to work with and I really appreciate her dedication!
