In this course, I learned something new. And the course was well organized and easy to follow. The training was interactive enough.

So grateful for the opportunity to keep learning and growing within this field as financial crimes keep getting increasingly clever and tech savvy each year.

This "organisation" is an absolute disgrace. They take money and are not providing any service. There is obviously something seriously amiss.

Thank you for your response. It is interesting you respond immediately to reviews but not your members. With the greatest of respect, I did not mention issues when purchasing your services in my review so I can only presume you you are reading my emails. I am a long standing member who cannot get hold of you at all.

It is rather interesting that you are responding outside of UK working hours - have you shut down the UK office? The phone goes unanswered every day all day.

Also, the email you have provided below would appear to be incomplete. I have used your correct email address and have been trying to contact you for weeks.

I have also used your live chat service with no response - that also is never manned during UK office hours, but I have left messages on that.

Given the other negative reviews, my experience is obviously not an isolated incident.

What is going on?

What made me enjoy the course is getting acquainted with all the different experiences and learning lessons from them and sure the impact of this communication in improving the concept of governance in application will give you the confidence.
I wish all commercial sectors in UAE to take this type of certificate so that they can face all challenges and keep pace with the country's Direction by increasing the attraction of investors to the private sector in the country.

I completed the Advanced Certificate in Practical Customer Due Diligence. The virtual sessions were very interactive and scheduled rightly to cover every topic. Apart from this, the availability of the recorded videos of the classes which was accessible from the ICA website along with sample papers to practice and further learning resources were a great help too. Their candidate support is also brilliant. I got timely responses to all my concerns and queries.

Overall, my experience was very good.

Well structured self learning resources. Allowed more than enough time to review manual before having to complete the assessment . Great customer service when I needed to query something too.

As an University Professor in Ethical Finance, this course on ESG provided learners with a foundation of environmental and sustainability knowledge to build on. Covering a wide range of environmental, sustainability and governance principles, this course gave learners an understanding of the breadth of the sustainability agenda, and the management tools and skills that they will need when working within this area.

The learning module of ICA is conducive to an online self learning environment. The learning module tracks your progress and the next time you login you can continue from where you left. You have a summary of each unit and self tests you can attempt unlimitedly to test the knowledge you have grasped. The revision module features the style of questions of the real exam. Overall despite the price tag I am highly satisfied with ICA certifications.

The ICA’s professionalism and quality of courses they provide are the best worldwide. I am pleased to have graduated both the Diploma in GRC and the Post Grad in fin crime prevention.

I did two courses with ICA, AML certification and Regulatory Compliance Advanced Certification. An excellent experience which helped me to widen my knowledge and would highly recommend. The classes were very interactive and the course material was well structured.

I signed up for the GRC International Diploma. I enjoyed the classes, they were very interactive and I truly looked forward to writing the exams. I however question the manner in which we are assessed. I did not like that till date, ICA is unable to show what a good answer looks like. After complaining about the outcome of my first examination having followed the answer guideline provided, and setting out how it is in direct contradiction to the feedback on my outcome, I find it worrisome that by the time I was writing my third exam, there was no guideline provided. I also find the number of questions that have to be answered with applicable word count daunting. How are student supposed to produce meaningful answers which at the minimum ought to contain introduction, analysis, examples, case studies and conclusions to not less than 5 questions with sub questions (totalling not less than 8 questions) with applicable word count? Overall, it does not look to me that the exams are designed to give student the satisfaction of working hard and getting deserved results.

The worst website! I have tried 4 times to pay for membership. Either nothing appears in the basket or two memberships are added. When you delete one it clears the entire basket. Sort it out

The course started off really well initially, Tyrone as one of the first course facilitator is awesome. He presented the course material effectively and actually made time for questions. He incorporated a lot of real life examples and was engaging. He tried to personalized his lecture by trying to learn the name of each candidate. Things started sliding from the second module when lectures were merely regurgitation of available course materials. You also sensed the rush to complete each lecture and question session. For a course that is worth over US$4K I had expected more lecture sessions between each module. Topic for assignment 3 was too general despite the info session which really did not clarify anything other that what was already in the course material. Although I pass the program, I didn't feel my last assignment was marked fairly. The last feedback was vague at best. Overall, the course could have been conducted better.

Int. Diploma in GRC was an absolutely great learning experience but was by no way a walk in the park!! Thanks to the quality tutors and the interactive online classes I made it!! Passed with merit and extremely grateful. I would definitely recommend studying with ICA...5 stars!!

Before my knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering was at a minimal level, but after completing the course my knowledge and understanding grew in a very wide manner. I am delighted to take it and I will be embarking on new courses. Great job ICA.

04.11.22 at 9.30am UK I was having my first virtual classroom for the ICA Diploma in GR&C. It is 11.30am now and I am still unable to log in, meaning I have missed a session and the opportunity to ask questions to my tutor and share my experience with my peers. I am very dissappointed.
