I'm a long time customer, all is easy to install and manage with Intego products.

I am not a tech person. Fact is, I am 82 and know little about tech. However, the ratings systems I looked at put Intego at the top for Mac protection. On the other hand, I do understand customer service. Working with Intego on getting my system set up and transferring to a new Mac mini made me really appreciate good customer service. I had left Norton because they basically gave no help on customer service. Intego bent over backwards to make sure I understood what needed to be done, and how to do it, and the why when I asked. I would strongly recommend them as a security provider.

I wanted to install the software on an additional computer and from the customer service they guided me step by step to be able to update the license, cancel the old one and transfer the balance that was left from the old to the new one. The service was unbeatable and I am very happy with the security that the software provides me on my computers.

Have been using the Intego Virus software for over 15 years now. Have tried many others before and even while using Intego, just to see if there was anything better.

Intego remains the best of them for me, I protects my mac, doesn't seem to slow me down. Their tech support is great, they respond promptly, and are great with follow up questions as well. And best of all, I have never had any malware, or virus issues. Cost of initial purchase and annual renewals is also very reasonable.

I’ve been using Intego for a couple of months, and my needs changed. The type of protection changed and I was adding another machine. The support team was able to work with me to adjust the products used and support the additional computer without any adverse economic impact. It’s nice to work with a vendor who knows what support means.

Easy to use Virus Protection and VPN. Great customer service the few, rare times I’ve needed it. My trusted computer repair store recommended Intego, and now I’ve been using it for years.

This five-star review is for the excellent customer service I just received. Net Barrier was continually flagging a non-infected file. Their support team confirmed the file was harmless and added it to their database of permissible files. While I think their software could use a few improvements, the support was top-tier. No-BS. No runaround. No wasted time. Straight to the point and effective. They earned my loyalty.
