Help from customer support! Easy to upgrade to five licenses.

It protects your privacy very well, even when you’re forced to use public wi-fi. It has excellent customer service.

I originally installed Intego on my ageing iMac Computer (running Catalina 10:15:7). I was told that it was not necessary to have any software anti virus running on an Apple Mac but, due to its age, I decided to be on the safe side and purchased Intego. I found the Intego Support very easy to contact via email and their guidance was clear even to an enthusiastic but amateur computer user! Eventually my iMac had to be replaced with a Mini Mac M4. Once again I felt much more comfortable to have Intego installed on my Mini Mac. I emailed the Support Team at Intego to request guidance on how to transfer my Intego Software to my Mini Mac and received a prompt, clear response on how this could be achieved. Once again I found the Intego Team very easy to communicate with and I now have a new Mini Mac computer all set up! Thank you!

Before purchase read Macworld review. Installation (M4 Mac Mini Pro) was easy (tutorial availability) & configuration of each individual app (Netupdate, Netbarrier & Virus Barrier) was straightforward, no issues. I like the tweak options available & will probably use them more as I use this application. I have 2 other iMacs (Intel & M4) with a competitor’s application.

Been reading about mac security for a long time. Finally decided that I couldn't go wrong with Intego

Intego seems to be the go to for me and my iMac. After using a competitor type internet protection for many years this is a breath of fresh air. Took a bit to get used to but the Intego assistance is swift and helpful for an old dog (80) like me.

I had a couple of questions as I migrated onto a new computer. I contacted support and they answered each question clearly and completely. No followup questions were needed. Excellent!!

I had a dinosaur of a laptop w an equally old Windows OS…Was experiencing probs w my current antivirus and thought best to make a change. Decided on Intego. Everything loaded fine, but for one feature - the real time protection. For 2 days straight, Luis worked w me over the phone and via email. He was determined to mine out any and every possible cause, and resolution to each. His persistence, patience, insight and knowledge was beyond exceptional! Finally we determined the best possible solution, and implemented it. I’ve been up and rolling ever since!! He even checked back w me to make sure no hiccups. Having that kind of support made all the difference to me, and proved to me I made the best decision choosing Intego Antivirus!!

It was straight forward and the first scan was done quickly.

Wanted to renew my Intego software. Downsized from an iMac Desktop to an iBook Pro which I am using as my main computer now. Chat with Luis Ortiz was excellent on what was the best to meet my needs " Mac Security & Performance" bundle, which I proceeded to order. Now downloaded and happy.

Excellent instructions with pictures and drawings.

I changed internet providers and needed to replace the previous company's security suite. Quick search pointed me to Intego and I fully understand why. Simple install process and I feel like I now have a much better feel for what the security system is doing for me than the previous one. Very pleased with purchase.

Intego AntiVirus programs have been a major success, with zero intrusions from hackers. I have used Intego for at least 15 years and will renew for another year near the end of this year.
