Scabby bouquet of flowers cost 57 euro…
Scabby bouquet of flowers cost 57 euro without delivery. About 5 flowers the rest just leaves to fill it out and still looked rubbish. So embarrassed when my friend received the bouquet. I sent pictures to interflora and they replied 3 days later saying they could not help. Very disappointing will not use interflora again.

Incredibly disappointing. I
am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The flowers I ordered never arrived, completely ruining a very special birthday surprise. I live in Ireland, and my daughter is all the way in Australia. There was no delivery, no communication, and no explanation. This has caused unnecessary stress and spoiled what should have been a memorable occasion.
What is most disappointing is that I have contacted them three times for an explanation and received no response in return.
