I bought a Jasper couch with velvet performance fabric that was supposed to be good for children and pets. The dog created scratches in the fabric. When I emailed customer surface they said that wasn't something the fabric would withstand. I'd hate to see what a cat would do. Additionally, the pillow on the back of chaise piece is too long. This was a waste of money.
We love our ottoman. We had the unfortunate experience of never receiving the ottoman when first purchased it because it was when the company went under. We purchased the ottoman again after the acquisition. Since we had the bad experience, we got 30% off. The ottoman came within the timeframe promised and WE LOVE IT.
We love our Maxwell sectional sofa! We were able to customize the length, height, cushion fill, legs, and upholstery. It is beautiful and so comfortable. We worked with Haven at the Boston Interior Define Showroom and she was very helpful and professional. I would recommend Interior Define!
I’m so disappointed in this couch. It is not comfortable, pretty or functional. I regret deeply paying so much for this couch. I paid for a “ performance fabric” and it is already stained and stretched after less then a month. I makes me sad to see it every day.
In store designer was very helpful. Items were delivered as estimated/promised in excellent condition. We are purchasing all of the furniture for a new home. Our experience with another furniture company selling a high-end designer brand has been awful…5 plus months of delayed shipments, 3 damaged deliveries and very little communication regarding replacements. We are so happy with the Interior Define experience that we are seriously considering canceling the replacement orders that are taking forever from the other company and ordering from Interior Define instead.
Very happy with my new couch! It's great quality and super comfortable. The storage is great to have. Great addition to my home. However, the delivery crew did not cover their shoes when coming into my home to setup and left some trash from the packaging behind. I thought with white glove service they were supposed to cover shoes and fully clean up. Next time I would appreciate that they cover their shoes and clean everything up.
Update: we have had the couch for 8 months and the pilling is out of control. I spend hours every week trying to de pill. When someone sits on it with blue jeans the pills are blue. The sides of the couch that nobody sits on get pilled. Pretty disappointed with the “performance fabric”. Not worth the price at all.
We purchased the James couch in performance classic weave in the color bisque. One of the pillows came with a hole in it and the whole couch began to pill in the first week. They are working to see if they can do anything about it. Currently we purchased a de-pilling shaver and are trying to keep up with it. Hoping the pilling will stop after a while. Overall was disappointed considering the price and claims of super high quality. Maybe the velvet or a different fabric would have not pilled as much. Other than that it is comfy and looks great. We do have a darker colored dog and her hair sticks to the fabric, so it does require a good amount of vacuuming. I would recommend a different color or fabric if you have dark furred pets.
The couch I ordered has the wrong fabric and I was told it is the right one. It looks nothing similar to the swatch that was sent. I was told I could return the couch or have another made with a different fabric but now I don’t trust any swatches.

Jai was so helpful! He showed us many fabrics in the large panel sizes, so we could really see what to expect. Jai patiently helped us narrow down the fabric for our canopy bed, and I couldn't be happier with the final product! He also helped us select counter stools. I came in thinking we only needed 3, but after sharing pictures of our kitchen island with him - he thought 4 would be more proportional. Sure enough, they are perfect and fit well.
While I like the fabric we chose, the down bench cushion is absurdly mounded up in the middle, so it looks bad, not like the photos online at all. Even though it’s so overstuffed, it’s not comfortable. Not sure how that’s possible. While the sleeper is easy to fold out, the extra I paid for the memory foam was not at all worth it. It’s like 1” deep. I wish I had chosen another company to buy from.
"White glove" delivery is supposed to include assembly; however, the deliverers did not connect the couch pieces together, just quickly dropped them off. While they were nice, this did not feel like a $249 delivery service.
The ottoman I ordered was also delivered with a long scratch down the middle of one of the legs, which was disappointing after waiting almost 3 months for delivery.
The fabric and design are beautiful though. Hoping the quality stands the test of time. I went with the standard cushions so I wouldn't have to fluff the seat cushions frequently, but I find they still do need regular fluffing in order to maintain a full look.

The quality of the coaches is great and as expected.
I liked the experience in the store. The saleswoman spent time with me and helped me narrow down the sofa that would work best for me. I ordered it, I had hoped, with enough time to have it delivered before I left for an extended time. That was not to be, so I had to arrange for a friend to be at my home on the day of delivery. It is the delivery that causes this score, and the delivery gets NO STARS. I was FaceTiming the entire time. First the delivery men stated they would not take the sofa up two flights of stairs, which had been arranged at the time I paid for delivery. Then they stated they couldn't get it through the front door. Then they got it in, and up to the second floor but stated they wouldn't be able to get it into the room at the top of the stairs on the third floor. It took a bit of adjusting, and scraping of my very freshly painted walls, but they got it in. It appears to look fine from the pictures I have been sent, but I haven't yet seen it in person. NEVER have I had a delivery experience like this one, and would strongly encourage Interior Define to re-think their delivery arrangement.
