BBQ purchased from Grillio

I bought a grilling island from Grillio. I received two right hand sides of the island and no left side. Three weeks later all they can say is “sorry for the delay.” We are talking about $5000 worth of worthless stainless steel. They say the warehouse made the mistake. I have emailed numerous times, and sent pictures. Still no left hand part of the island. They do not warehouse the products they sell. Stay away from them!

Do not buy a grill from Grillio

Do not buy a grill from Grillio. Apparently, they are a front for Theaterseats.com and Interiormark.com. We purchased a Primo grill from Grillio in June. It arrived on June 22 damaged to the point that it was unusable. We called Immediately and asked for Mark Shapiro, the person from whom we purchased the grill. We were told that Mark Shapiro is a fake name. We were referred to TheaterSeats customer service. We have called several times and mostly have had to leave messages or we get a run-around. Today is July 3rd and as far as we can tell Grillio and parent companies are doing nothing. We called the manufacturer and asked them. They said it would be no problem but they need to receive paperwork.

Don’t buy furniture from Theater seat store or seat up or InteriorMark LLC

Hello All,

Don’t make big mistake ordering or buying furniture from Theater seat store or seat up or Interior Mark LLC they are same company.

I ordered four theater seats on May 22, 2022, and Theater seat store(Interior Mark LLC) delivered to my home address with one of the seat right arm broken on delivery June 09, 2022, on the same day and same hour of the delivery itself I called Theater seat store support and told on delivery that one of the Octane seat box is damaged with crush box and sent video and multiple photos.From there onwards myself and my wife keeping on calling and sending emails to replace the seat and Theater seat store support told they will fix the with new parts, since than there’s no update on seat fix or replacement till today.

My advice and recommendation, please don’t buy or order from theater seat store(InteriorMarl LLC), there support is horrible, they don’t care to respond your emails or phone calls. Days passed no response from them, your money is put on broken seat, where you are expecting brand Octane seat, thinking to enjoy your purchase.

Worse company ever!

We order our couch 6 months ago and we still don't have the couch. We called them at least 20 times, they didn't send the release to the shipping company so the couch has been on the dock for at least 2 weeks. We had to call the shipping company twice. So now we have to wait probably 2 weeks more.
