Absolutely fantastic customer service!

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I was having a problem with NAT type on my games consoles, the problem was fixed after some diagnostics and giving me a static IP.
BRADY who dealt with me today was friendly, knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix the problem, and wasn't happy till it was fixed. Thank you for your help.

Recently connected to internetty…

Recently connected to internetty ditching my previous copper line 9 months prior due to extortionate price rises of 4% plus inflation. They had to dig 25m of footpath to connect me so this caused a delay. I bridged the service gap with a cheap data sim from Voxi in a 5g router on internetty's advice which served us well for £12 per month.

Installation was done in one day. Trench dug and replaced, fibre run to the house and router installed. Connected to my existing mesh and away we went.

Many thanks to all involved especially Ben who was determined to install and connect in a oner!

Everything had been excellent

Actually everything so far from start to finish has been excellent:
Information through the door
Fibre cable installation team
Wi-fi router installation team
And not forgetting really excellent team on the telephone that I spoke too several times.
All very clear communication and superbly friendly teams.

Customer service is first class

Customer service is first class! I've been with internetty for a few months now and service is faultless. When I switched they offered to cancel my previous agreement so one less job for me. And most recently I was experiencing some issues with my router (which turns out were self inflicted) but Brady was very patient and helpful on the Web chat and I was back up and running in less than 5 minutes.

Excellent customer service

Internetty have had their teething issues and their fair share of outages, however the ability to speak to an actual human is invaluable.

I had recently left Internetty for another ISP, however the current ISP had gone down, I spent 2 hours in a call queue for the line to close and not get through to anyone, with the internet still being down.

With internet now being essential for working from home etc, Internetty were able to get me reconnected within 30 minutes, I was not expecting them to be able to do this so quickly.

Thanks again for the excellent customer support and the accessibility to live chat is truly invaluable.

This is an add on to my complaint.

Should also mention that we did the leg work for them. We were successful with a claim and they took nearly half the money. The fees are atrocious given that they do very little and probably you could have done it yourself. Other claims companies that we have used, once they have your details necessary to proceed they have done the leg work for us.

I was having issues with my Internet…

I was having issues with my Internet signal upstairs. An engineer called James was amazing he knew exactly what the problem was and resolved it straight away. I couldn't be happier with the service l received.

I've just renewed my contract

I've just renewed my contract, and now my Mesh is paid for, my monthly rate is lower, AND my speed is now twice as fast, all completed in half a Sunday !! I've never experienced any outages other than the planned ones, and where Virgin failed.
