Brilliant Internetty Service

Installation date delivered as required. The Engineer was truly professional, polite and had the best interests of me as a customer at heart. All fitted and tested in a timely manner.
However, a slight issue developed when I came to sit down and watch Sky later that evening
whereby the internet kept dropping out from my Sky Q Box.
Dropped Internetty an e-mail around 22.30 that night expecting them to pick it up the following morning but they picked it up straight away and responded arranging for a follow up call the following morning.
Internetty back at my property the following afternoon and sorted. Fantastic service. Appreciate it's only been in 48 hours but my experience so far is far beyond expectations and would recommend them to anyone.

I had an issue with my internet performance and with an hour I had two service engineers at my door. They solved the issue very quickly. Great service.

Wind last night took out the internet line rang internetty customer service is amazing they could tell me exactly what the issue was arranged an engineer for 8 this morning they replaced cable and up and running again by late afternoon. Exceptional customer service every time Thank you INTERNETTY

Quickly resolved

I contacted internetty via their live chat and spoke to Isabella following an issue with my connection. I was really stressed as I risked to lose my job due to this issue (I work from home). She understood my concerns and sorted the issue quickly. I really appreciate the assistance provided.

Fantastic

Been waiting years for fast internet in my village, internetty have come along and fitted fibre to my premises, communication has been great throughout the process, the installer James who hooked it up was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can't speak personally for reliability yet as it's only been 1 day, but if any issues arrive I will update this review. With an upto gigabit connection I'm getting 940 ish down and 930 ish up. Any questions I have asked I have had quick replys from people that speak English and respond in a timely manor. 5 star so far good work internetty.

Web site chat - real person who knew!

Used the web site chat box, got a real person capable of independent thought. Who knew such a thing was even possible!
Isabella was very helpful from beginning to end, well informed, and competent to look stuff up when she needed to.
All my questions answered, the order placed, a delivery window in sight, five stars.

We had issues with the outbound calls

We had issues with the outbound calls, Brady was quick at solving the problem which then caused another problem with the Internet, Brady was quick to sort this issue too, within 15mins of first contact everything was back up and running.
