The whole process of buying my active trainer was super easy. From asking about which model I needed to getting the delivery information and forms sorted! My order came within 5 days and the team have been really helpful at sending out all the assembly information etc! Scott kept me in the loop with when it would arrive as well. I’m really looking forward to getting fitter & more active with my trainer!

I’ve had my new wheelchair (tilite ZRA) for about 6/7 weeks now and it’s been excellent, couldn’t be more chuffed.

I had been looking for a new lightweight wheelchair to use in the house that provided me with significant support to help keep me safe. Scott listened to all my needs, guided me through the selection process, and helped configure a new wheelchair for me.

The anti-tippers and jay3 backrest have been invaluable additions and will help me live as independently as I can for as long as possible.

I purchased my first wheelchair from Invictus Active and could not be happier. They were so helpful, not pushy in the slightest, gave me some great advice about getting used to my chair.
Since then I've ordered a few more bits and will sure to be a lifelong customer.
I can now go out feeling stronger and more confident in my chair with the sense of freedom I've not had for some time.

I purchased the Invictus wheelchair trainer about 6 months ago. It has allowed me to do cardiovascular workouts using an accompanying app that measures speed and distance travelled, as well as heart rate. Has helped me to shed a lot of belly fat and to perfect and nuance my pushing technique. Had some challenges setting it up at home but the team at Invictus were terrific in talking me through what was required. Could not rate the product highly enough.

I am a wheelchair user who has struggled with my weight most of my life. After the Covid lockdowns, it really got out of control and I knew I had to do something about it. I had been looking at the Invictus Active Wheelchair Trainer for a while, but unfortunately the price was always a little out of my range due to being on disability benefit. I contacted Invictus Active explaining my situation and was informed they would happily do a payment plan to spread the cost. This was ideal for me as it meant I could adjust my budget slightly and be able to finally get fit! A couple of days later Invictus Active emailed me again saying the they had added payment plans to their website. I placed the order and used the 12 month payment plan. The Trainer arrived a couple of days later and I have to say, I love it! I am rather heavy so in the back of my mind I was a bit worried it would feel a bit 'wobbly'. It isn't wobbly in the slightest, it's so well built and feels so sturdy when pushing on it. It folds down nicely so can be slotted away when not in use. I love being able to watch TV and go for a push, so much better for me than watching TV and eating crisps! I am so happy with my purchase and the customer service I have received from all at Invictus Active (Danielle in particular is a superstar!). I will 100% be purchasing more items from the Invictus Active website in the future. Highly recommended!

I wanted to order a quick release axle pin & noted on Google shopping it was free P&p, however when I went to check-out there was an additional £7.
I emailed Invictus via their online form to question this & recieved no reply.
Being in a hurry for the part I had to pay the checkout amount.
Felt the part was overly packaged, could have easily been sent I a bubble bag for less & also better for the environment.
On the plus side, the order was processed & recieved very quickly.

My invictus Active is great being a Paraplegic I just wish I had one years ago helps me with my shoulders and Arms I feel much more fitter I would recomend it to anybody

My wheelchair had reached the end of its life and having left the UK one year ago to relocate to Turkey I was no longer eligible for an NHS replacement.
Despite having my original prescription I could find nobody in either the UK or Turkey that could help me get a replacement until I found Invictus Active. As soon as I'd made contact and explained the situation to Scott I had complete confidence that they would deliver and they did! Lots of help, no question was ignored and they treated me with genuine concern and made sure every detail was perfect. Conscientious company run by wheelchair users who really know their stuff and treat the individual with care and compassion. Highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

Really helpful service, from measuring, to understanding what I need a chair for and why it’s important to me. The service I’ve received from Scott and the team has been brilliant. I now have a chair that gives me the freedom to have a good quality of life instead of just surviving.

I’d recommend Invictus Active to everyone, and am so happy with my new wheelchair. The customer service has been brilliant and everyone I encountered was welcoming, friendly and professional. Scott has looked after me throughout the whole process of getting my first active chair with kindness and expertise. He helped me understand why I was struggling with my previous chair and what what would be best for me now. He ensured I got exactly what I wanted from my new chair, and the difference between them is astronomical! If your considering contacting them, be assured you're in very safe hands!

If anyone is like me and loves to go in prepared, i've outlined my whole experience below, in a less short fashion!
Scott has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and made me feel confident from start to finish.
On my first visit I got to try out different models in their showroom, and Scott explained the differences, fit and features of my options, asking me questions about what I wanted and my goals to ensure I got exactly what I needed. I got to try out a freewheel so i could feel the difference that it would make, after I mentioned I wanted to take the dogs out with my mum again. I instantly felt the potential of it and will be a veritable dog walking machine when combined with a pair of off-road wheels (part of a great deal on at the time)!
With Scott’s help, I decided on the model I wanted and was measured up of it. We then went through all of the further considerations and options I had beyond selecting the model, that I previously had no idea about!
Scott guided me through each one answering all of my questions, explaining their impact and importance whilst making recommendations from his expertise that instilled confidence in my decisions. Soon I was sent my custom quote to check over before it was sent off and after that Scott kept me updated on progress and estimated delivery.
Fast forward to handover, my chosen black Kuschall K series 2.0, free wheel and sets of wheels were waiting for me all set up. I got to try it out in the showroom and outside to check that everything was comfortable and as it should be. To ensure ease of use for me, we made a tweak to the break tightness. I also got to try out my freewheel combined with the off-road tyres, that were also completely set up for me.
Scott then ran through everything about my chair, showing me how it folds and different parts worked, answering my questions.
I was absolutely ecstatic with my new wheelchair, and I still am.
I dreaded needing my previous chair from wheelchair services, I could barely use it and I avoided it using it at all costs when I had originally hoped to get out more. It felt like I was constantly fighting it; I could barely turn or propel myself, I was constantly uncomfortable and it hurt my shoulders, aggravating my bad one.
My new chair is perfect and worlds apart- absolutely everything I wanted and more. It’s hard to describe the difference in how it feels, but it is just plain easy. Using it feels effortless and getting out is not a struggle anymore. I can do what I need to do, with confidence and feeling safe. Extras like my cane holder, gold vigeo wheels and orbit push rims made it suit my own taste and needs, and the adjustable height handles take away my old constant fear of being moved without permission, whilst still allowing for help when I need it.
It’s already made such a difference- I’ve been enjoying the weather and am outside everyday (for fun!) since handover, exploring my neighbourhood. This is a complete change from before- I only used to leave the house when I had to, even though I would have loved to go for a stroll outside. Today, a friend and I went for a 5k ‘roll and run’, and it was brilliant. I’ve never thought I’d run that and I was right, I rolled it instead!
It has made a huge difference already and I’m so excited to get more independence back. I’d recommend Invictus Active to everyone, and am so happy with the outcome. Thank you!
