The freeWheel is so much better than expected, easy to fit and makes pushing far easier. You can maintain a decent speed without the resistance of the front castors slowing you down and hitting every small rut. I wouldn't have bought it had I not seen the trial period offered by Invictus which has given me the chance to see how good it actually is, so thanks 👍

This is the best purchase I have made since being a wheelchair user.

Absolutely the best company I’ve purchased items from for my wheelchair.
I was struggling with skinny slick tyres to go across grass or gravel areas, which stopped me from getting out and about. I was looking at a set of off-road wheels and tyres and I came across an eBay listing for exactly what I was after for a good price, which got even better after the purchase.
The guys were completely honest and explained that they had a set, but noticed some marks on the push rims. They have ordered new stock, but couldn’t say when due to the pandemic. I requested pictures of the marks and after coming to an agreement, I bought them.
A few months later I purchased the Freewheel to allow me to traverse all terrains even easier, as it lifts the small front castors up giving more ground clearance.
Once again the guys were great and I will be ordering other parts/upgrades in the future.

Purchased a wheelchair due to mobility issues with my MS. Excellent customer service, order and delivery, also received a free pair of off road wheels. A couple of questions I had were answered very quickly. Will definitely use again in future.

The freewheel itself is a fantastic addition to my argon wheelchair allows me to get about on grass and rough footpaths really pleased I bought it.

I wanted to get a wheelchair treadmill to try to get fitter and trim the belly down after being made paraplegic from a Covid vaccine. Invictus let me test out the kit for 2 weeks before buying, and have sent follow up emails relevant to me. Good company, shame they don’t have a showroom in SE England.

Invictus Active were great at helping Elle with my order for a combination of items that wasn’t available online. They were very quick and responsive and even helped set me up on the 6 month financial plan which I wasn’t initially aware of.

they despatch fast and are helpful over email. however, they stopped responding to emails when it became clear they didn't sell a product that could help me, disappearing without warning. they sell lots of adaptive stuff

After we had tried to find a used FreeWheel, Invictus managed to source a second hand FreeWheel for us, which was a great saving on the new price. Despite some hold-ups we still managed to get the FreeWheel in time to use at the event we were attending. Thank you Scott and colleagues! The use of the FreeWheel with the wheelchair has made a huge difference and made travelling over uneven surfaces easy.
