Well this is the best GPS system I’ve…
Well this is the best GPS system I’ve ever used. And you can track your bike or any vehicle anywhere and the tracker locates it. I had my motorcycle in the shop and when anything happened with the bike I knew about it. Great invention I’m going to buy two more for both cars. I hope that this review helps anyone who’s looking for a GPS tracker.
Bricked by their own firmware update
***UPDATE***
Invoxia has offered to send me a single new tracker (their latest and best model) for free and transfer any remaining subscription on the bricked trackers to the new tracker. To be clear, this doesn't solve my problem as I they bricked 4 trackers, and 1 new tracker means I still need to buy 3 more to get my fleet tracking back online. I am averse to spend more money on Invoxia after this experience so I will still be searching for a different solution for my fleet. However they've made an effort to make things right so I'm updating this review to 3 stars.
I hopped on Invoxia after an exhaustive search for GPS tracking solutions and landed on them for a few reasons:
1) They could operate when the vehicle is off for up to 3 months on the highest interval setting while still offering a no-charge solution as they could operate while remaining plugged in via USB.
2) They offered more than just cellular options (hello LongFi!)
3) They were quality built, sleek, and small.
They were so great I eventually bought a dozen of them for my fleet and the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they worked without major issues (a few hiccups but all taken care of within a week or two) and I even prepaid 3-4 years of subscription because I loved the way they worked.
Then came a firmware update. After updating them they stopped working. Some would not update the location no matter how much I drove. Some would not turn on at all.
Invoxia support was condescending ("try turning it off and on again") and ultimately told me no refunds unless I bought the trackers less than 30 days ago and no refunds on the years of subscription I have left unless I subscribed less than 30 days ago.
So that's it. Over a thousand dollars worth of product and subscription bricked by their firmware update and useless with no solution from Invoxia. They can't fix it, they won't replace the trackers, and they won't refund anything.
Product don’t work and no help to get
Despite I 3 times wrote to this company not to send me any more mails they keep sending me emails. I don’t want their product because it don’t work and they wont help me. Kill that cat!

We adopted two adult dogs that we rescued in a forest during our trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina. Being both adults who live wildly and carry many traumas, their education and training requires more time and patience than normal. Minitailz has meant for us tranquility and happiness, because it allows us to leave them loose on walks and in case the walk is complicated, follow the trail of our dogs in real time. Information about activity and health is also very useful. It is undoubtedly the accessory that all dogs should carry, for their safety and for our tranquility.
this is a must have for pups with MVD!
Finding a reliable way to monitor my dog Mimo's health, particularly his Mitral Valve Disease, led me to the Invoxia tracker. As someone who embraces technology, I was impressed by the tracker's capabilities, especially its precise GPS and health monitoring features. The ease of setup, using the Quick Start Guide, and the tracker's comfort on Mimo, who wears a harness on walks, were significant positives. However, it was the personalized follow-up from the company, checking in on Mimo's health after noticing a trend in his heart rate data, that truly set this product apart for me. This gesture showed a level of care and customer service that is rare. While the app's content has room for improvement, the overall experience with the Invoxia tracker has been overwhelmingly positive, making it an easy recommendation to others.
Did I choose the right tracker?
The selection of the right tracker took some time due to my lack of knowledge, but the ordering and delivery process was easy, also the subscription procedure. The tracker works in different countries and works quite accurately. Happy to have it in our car or camper. And yes, it is the right one for us!
good experience
Embarking on the journey of using a connected device for my dog Olive, who has a heart condition, was daunting at first, especially given my limited tech expertise. The Invoxia tracker, however, has proven to be a user-friendly and effective tool for keeping a close eye on her health and whereabouts. The GPS and health tracking functionalities are outstanding, offering detailed insights into Olive's daily activities and health status. While I've faced some challenges with the device's attachment to her collar, the overall experience has been positive. The app's content, particularly around health monitoring, could be improved to better serve our needs. Nonetheless, the tracker has significantly eased my worries about Olive's well-being, making it an invaluable part of our lives.
Do the job
Do the job. Not perfect but from my point of view it's a bestseller. I will buy some other invoxia for my other vehicles/equipment's. Very friendly to use
the most shitt.y tracker ever

Beware this company is a Scam…
I purchased this tracker from Amazon with a two year prepaid subscription. The Tracker completely stopped working after 5 months. I emailed the company and asked them to either send me a replacement tracker or cancel my remaining 19 months and send me a partial refund for the balance since I won't be able to use their monthly service without the device. They did respond within two business days with basically, 'sorry for the issue with the faulty device but due to company policy no refunds are issued after 30 days of service, and they will not replace the tracker but will send me a new one for the discounted price of $79.99.' Like what??? You want me to pay an additional $80.00 on top of what I already paid for the device and a two year subscription?? So I can be out more money if this new device stops working after 30 days?? I am fine with not getting a refund for the tracker but why should I be paying for 19 months of service that no longer exists?? I replied no thank you just issue me a partial refund for the 19 months of service I prepaid for and can no longer use due to their faulty device. They replied back that USA law does not require them to refund consumers. In other words this company is scamming consumers. They sell defective devices and con you into pre-paying for 12 or 24 months of service, then won't do the ethical thing when their faulty device stops working, which it will.
I have currently have 3 Invoxia pet…all inaccurate
I have currently have 3 Invoxia pet trackers, having recently added the third and paid for an extension on one of the originals on 14th July 24, on taking my dogs out for their morning walk (30 to 40 minutes) I reviewed the three tracking routes to compare. The trackers are all on (High Update ie every 3 minutes) the best logged 7 waypoints and the worst 4 waypoints, they should all have logged a minimum of 12 ( the actual time walking) The actual route taken was not close to any of the routes tracked. I contacted invoxia and sent them the screenshots of the best tracker with 7 waypoints and worst with 4 waypoints and asked them to explain, the invoxia response was to cancel my tracker account and refund me the price of the update extension that I purchased on the 14th July 24, I received a second email some hours later saying they made an error and offered a free one month extension………no mention of the tracking accuracy issue. I responded again sending them the screenshots and asking for a response………..still waiting, and no sign of the refund……buyer beware, this in my opinion is not a good product or an accurate tracking system, I am only stating my experience, others may love the product. I have since bought the Tractive pet trackers and they are exceptionally good, and accurate.

Vraiment top ce tracker gps simple efficace et discret sincèrement je recommande 👍
what crybabies.. mine works well. they respond to my e mails
usa . no problems bike tracker works as advertized.
I see a many complaints from Europe. crybabies ! stop trying to damage a company because you feel they should kiss your Azz for buying thier product. ie why should I call ups for lost item. My cat is lost (bad owner).. its to big for for my pet so Invoxia shd lost $ for my error. The SigFox tracker is good, but too expensive. The bike tracker is ugly, too bulky, not living up to my expectations at all. . lol its good but I want it for free why can't they lose $$.. or make it pretty for me. learn to use tracker and it will work if not smart enough e mail them, they will respond with instructions..
Doesn't work
Shîtty
It simply doesn't work, trackers update when they want to, and it often takes 15 or 20 hours before they update their position.
In short, you've got 1,000 times more time to have your bike stolen or lose your cat.
A usless piece of sh$t
Best smart collar!
Having previously used a Whistle tracker for my dog, Oliver, I was curious to see how the Invoxia tracker compared. My journey with Invoxia began after coming across an article about it. Intrigued, I researched further, reading through the Smart Dog Collar FAQ before making my purchase on the Invoxia site. From the get-go, I was impressed. The GPS tracking is incredibly accurate, offering real-time updates on Oliver's whereabouts. But what truly sets Invoxia apart for me is its health tracking capabilities. Oliver suffers from arthritis, and being able to monitor his condition closely has been a game-changer. The daily activity tracking helps us ensure he stays active without overexerting himself. The app is a treasure trove of useful articles and content, enhancing my understanding of Oliver's needs. The tracker fits comfortably on his harness, and setting it up was intuitive. I've become such a fan that I've recommended it to others. Losing access to this tracker would be a significant blow, given how integral it has become to our routine.
The minitailz for pet is a nice helpful…
The minitailz for pet is a nice helpful unit to track biofeedbak, however the plastic clasp design is not durable and replacement parts are not available.
This needs to snap on to the collar or some other way not a plastic clips
The other con is having to purchase the a yearly subscription to the app for the biofeedback.
Order never arrive
Ordered their product a month ago and still has not received it. Reached out to the company and the reply was to tell me to follow up with UPS. UPS status has not changed since March 7!! I don’t understand why it’s my responsibility to chase UPS not them? It’s scary with these online orders.
BIG FAN for my Heart Dog
As a tech enthusiast and a pet owner deeply invested in my dog’s health, the Invoxia tracker has been a significant addition to our daily routine. My dog, Oliver, has a congenital heart condition and diabetes, and requires close monitoring. The Invoxia tracker allows me to keep an eye on his metrics throughout the day (heart rate and respiration rate especially!). The GPS tracking is flawless, ensuring Oliver's safety during our outdoor adventures. The health tracking, particularly for his heart condition, is mostly accurate and incredibly useful, though so far I think the heart rate monitoring AI and sensors are still adapting to his movement patterns and body readings. It may take a bit to become more precise but I’m optimistic because there’s ongoing innovation. (And that’s how the technology works…)
The app's content and its daily summaries are insightful, and help me make informed decisions about Oliver's care. The device's battery life is remarkably long, and easily outlives every other device I own. However, Oliver finds the tracker a bit uncomfortable, probably due to its size and rigidity. A more ergonomic design and lighter weight would make it perfect. Overall, the Invoxia tracker's benefits far outweigh its minor drawbacks, making it an invaluable asset for pet health management.
Tracker lwt3 works all right
Tracker lwt3 works all right, no problem installing. Maybe make it clear that for real time tracking subscription is needed.
When tracker is not moving inside building it keeps sending location updates, I think because the locations are not accurate enough to notice its not moving.
