Purchased Iobit advanced system care…
Purchased Iobit advanced system care pro 18 series,everytime it updates it wont work, the .exe is missing in program folder this has happened numerous times,I have to uninstall and reinstall original purchased copy to make it work, in less than 2 days it updates again and I have to start all over. I tried several times to contact Iobit and no reply This is the last time I purchase this program.
I hope Iobit's R&D sees this!

File Shredder is great!
I have been using IObit programs for years. My favorite program used most often is File Shredder. I like that you can choose how you want to shred your deleted files: quick, advanced, or expert. Recently, I had a problem with it failing to shred all my files. I contacted customer support, and they replied immediately. It took them a couple of weeks to fix the problem, but Eva stayed right on top of it until the problem was resolved. It is now working great. I also use Advanced SystemCare regularly.

I've use IObit Advance System Care (ASC) for years.
I believe it kept one of my PC's running smoothly for 10 years. The only issues I've had are with the subscriptions. Let folks pick what they want, as a bundle, and for multiple years.
