The customer service representative told me my product was out of warranty, even though it was abnormal wear that caused an issue shortly after purchase. They sent me to eBay to purchase a replacement, which didn’t work. Now they are asking for me to buy another part via PayPal. Seems shady.
I ordered the charging magsafe holder to put on the vent in my vehicle and the charging wire has never worked. I also noticed that before they shipped the item, they had charged me $52 for overnight shipping. I tried to contact them to tell them I didn't need it overnight and they never responded back to me and charged me $54 for the charger that didn't work and $52 for shipping. This thing is a joke and so is their customer service
I originally purchased this through Iottie.com. Both devices didn't work. The desktop charger did not work through any phone case I tried - all cases were IQ technology and should have charged on their desktop charger. Second device was for the car, and it wouldn't even power up - DOA. Spent a week trying to get an RMA, and then sent it back and they STILL wont' give me a refund. Beware - Don't purchase from Iottie, their customer service is atrocious and they do not support their own devices!
had a car mount for 6 months, it completely broke down both the cup and cradle are having issues. And when I contacted support they told me to send them a video. Mounts are terrible and so is the support. I will never buy again
