Merchant processing is offline for weeks now. the only message Ovri send us that there is a problem with their bank and they will inform us when it is solved. But no further information and complete silence from the Ovri support crew. I asked if our account is suspended due the the products we sell, but no that is / was not the problem. We hope we still get our account back, but I fear for the worst.
The worst part is, that if you want to have an account You need to send in a lot of information. they want to know everything, but when you need information about this current matter THEY GIVE NO ANSWERS, why?
No Service since mid of January
The service stopped working in Mid January.
We have had no notification of why. Nobody responds to the messaging service in the app. When a payment is attempted it says that payments can not be accepted until February 9th...
February 9th has come and gone... The message is still the same, the service is for museum tickets... So what is the issue? The lack of communication is totally unacceptable. They are totally uncontactable!
Your response is very weak.
How does selling tickets for a museum amount to this response... Really lame! I don't recommend your services!

Funds held hostage and complete lack of communication.
Done a payout on january 4th and have been waiting for it since. January 27th, I suddenly find the credit card payment gateway is'nt working anymore and that it got blocked. Sent them countless e-mails, websites through their communication software but no responses.
Wrote a previous review and turned out they had done all of this because they needed me to send over a few invoices. No communication about funds being held hostage because of this, or payment system getting frozen. Only reason I found out was because of leaving a previous review.
Go back to the present, i've uploaded everything correctly as they asked well over 2 weeks ago. Sent them countless e-mails to reinstate my account/pay out me frozen funds but no responses anymore whatsoever. The only method of getting a response from this company seems to be through Trustpilot, all other sources are being completely ignored.
Conclusion: funds still held hostage, can't use payment gateway and no communication whatsoever, sent 7 e-mails by now and opened multiple support chats without responses in my account.
EDIT 23/02 for reaction of Ovri:
I have already provided everything on the 23th of January, you are just not responding or opening anything. I have sent over 10 e-mails so far with everything, and have opened multiple chats though your in-site messaging tools.
You do not respond to any single one of them, I have provided everything a long time ago. You are simply holding my funds hostage now without communication and it appears to me that i'm getting scammed for my balance.

Card payments stopped working without notice more than 2 weeks ago. Appalling customer service, nobody seems to care, no updates on if/when service will be reinstated. Loosing business as not able to accept card payments any longer.

We were approached in a professional way and were explained the root of the problem. Our funds have been sent to our corporate account. Definitely there is a problem that the service is not working, but we were promised that it will be resolved, At the end of the day Moneytigo - OVRI is a much cheaper alternative to other payment solutions. For us, the main thing is that our funds were not misplaced and were returned to us safely. I understand that it is a small company and they have their hardships. I hope they find partners within the financial sphere and resume their business activity.

Desde el dia 13/01/2023 no podemos operar desde nuestro TPV virtual. Rechaza todas las tarjetas. Nunca hemos tenido problema, pero desde ese día no funciona. No responden en el chat del servicio técnico ni contestan email. Muy mal servicio de soporte técnico.
RESPUESTA:
I understand that they have to adapt to the new regulations, but that does not exclude that they cannot answer in the technical service chat or notify the change in regulations in advance, since from the beginning they have always been sold as support for companies that sell CBD products.

I have used the service for about 1 year without any particular problems, except for the absent customer assistance. Illegal activities holding money on declined transactions
We went to a website for a $95.23 purchase and the transaction was DECLINED even though there is more than enough to cover it however we said the hell with it and paid with the merchants bitcoin checkout (which was not tied to MoneyTigo and done deal until I noticed MoneyTigo was holding $95.23 as of this post 5 days later they are still holding my funds. Many form contacts have gone unanswered and no phone number. company said they could do nothing about it and I said yes you can and I will be posting reviews about it. I posted screenshots on our other website 420 growers . net for medical MJ users. My advise is stay AWAY from any company that uses them if unsure ask because holding funds for regular joe may need funds for necessities and not be available because of them holding money. Think about this folks how can they hold money when a transaction is declined the longer they hold money from many many people they draw interest before you can g et it back which is illigal.
Update on rebuttal I proved my case with screenshots after these remarks I will not entertain anymore comments.
I contacted the merchant they said wasn't anything they could do because you actually put the hold on you pretty much admitted everything I said in the complaint I wrote them on

I contacted my bank on Jan 15, 2022 8:55 pm They said nothing they could do until it cleared because by this time I'm disputing they said "I see that the $95.23 payment on 1/14/22 at 9:01 pm CST is still pending. We can't dispute a transaction until it’s complete. You can contact Moneytigo.com to try and cancel the charge before it completes."
I sent multble form request no response you make it real convinent using forms so it doesn't show up on the sent folder in our email host. you also make it real inconvenient to call with no number to call. My money wasn't released until the 31st you see that check mark all the screenshot on my conversations put you holding my funds on a DECLINED sale.
Further more you sent trustpilot a request I had the wrong company, I checked and screen shot the Moneytigo logo off the merchants website, I screenshot this one here and the ones on your website and you in face held my money until I went far enough up the food Chain finally put in a request I sent every screensot I had plus the 3 I just got off all 3 sites plus your own statements here in your rebuttal and I didn't leave Pevgrow off the hook either they are using you app so that's that, I'm not changing my review unlike the others below I proved my interaction with you and I will not be entertaining anymore comments.

Have to retract my 5* review from 3Dec: AVOID MoneyTigo by all means!! Extremely high rate for declined transactions over the last few months. They always blame the cardholder or the cardholders bank, nobody is taking ownership of any problems. Replies in their messaging service are very slow and not helpful. No phone support. I'm loosing customers and business over their lack of service and am looking for alternative provider...enough is enough.
IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY BELOW: The fact alone that it takes 5 months to get a reply speaks for itself!
Yes, I still use MoneyTigo, unfortunately the process of changing provider takes longer than expected, but it will happen shortly. In the meantime I have more and more customers avoiding card payments through MoneyTigo, instead they pay by bank transfer.
The main reason Irish banks delcline transactions is because they dont find MoneyTigo requests thrustworthy. You do not even provide your company name but just cryptic short cut "W-HA" when sending a request to the bank. Nobody knows what it stands for and banks decline. I have spoken to banks and this is what I was told. The issue had been raised with you before, but nobody bothered to look into it.

Their support is very close to you, it is like you speak a friend. I see they upgraded their website to give you more and more information to show their transparency.
I had no problems with them until now, I use their services for more than 4 months and there are no problems.
There are no delays in payments, simple there are not problems.
Recommended.

Impossible to validate an account without knowing why. I displayed all informations to create an account, and it's not validated by IPS Payment that doesn't tell why. I have my own business for more than 5 year. I only have self funds, no treasury problems for more than 5 years. I 've asked why and the aswer was as following : "No this is not a compliance issue.
Your account is permanently closed.
(this is a problem it would seem from the result of the risk analysis on your structure). unfortunately we cannot do anything."
Just pathetic.
