I am so sorry to hear that you have not received your full order.
I have looked into this for you and can see that, although both parcels were despatched at the same time, unfortunately only one of the parcels has made its way to the delivery depot for delivery.
I have raised a search and investigation with the courier to establish what has happened to the missing parcel. And, in the mean time, I have also issued a replacement for the missing items, which will be arriving with you tomorrow.
I do hope that this will resolve the issue for you, and I am sorry again for the inconvenience caused.
