Item was to replace broken telescopic skylight opener, and description was so good that I was pretty certain it would fit. Delivery to local CooP next day and fitted that afternoon. Very pleased with service and quality.

A refreshing experience in these days of automation to talk to someone knowledgeable and helpful
I have used the company a couple of times now, and found them to be very responsive, and a pleasure to deal with.
My most recent order included boxes of screws that need to be returned as the fittings I bought were to be screwed to a dry lining wall, this required special corefix fittings, so the screws from Ironmongery Direct were not needed. The help I got from customer service, Becky Thomas and I think Nigel was superb, patient with me, helpful and quite honestly very refreshing . Best experience on line for some time. Well done !!

I have looked into your recent order and can see that a Euro cylinder and Euro escutcheon were ordered. Based on the products ordered, there should not be an issue with these working together. However, if you are experiencing a problem with the fit, please do get in touch with us and provide some further information, or photographs if possible, and we can ask our Product Team to take a closer look into this for you.
I have also looked into your previous order and can see that, although the order was shipped in full, one of the parcels did not progress through the courier's network as expected.
We raised a search with the courier and, on this occasion, a replacement was issued to you. An investigation was also raised with the courier account manager to establish what had happened to the original parcel.
We sincerely apologise for the issues you have experienced, both with the previous delivery and your current order. We appreciate how frustrating it must be to have to chase an order and then experience a further issue with the products received.

Rubbish matt black tubular latches
I received some matt black tubular door latches (899262) and the quality was shockingly bad. Some of them were damaged, some were sticking and wouldn't come out.
So I had to go to howdens and buy some better ones that actually work.
I've learnt my lesson!
