I have looked into your recent order and can see that a Euro cylinder and Euro escutcheon were ordered. Based on the products ordered, there should not be an issue with these working together. However, if you are experiencing a problem with the fit, please do get in touch with us and provide some further information, or photographs if possible, and we can ask our Product Team to take a closer look into this for you.
I have also looked into your previous order and can see that, although the order was shipped in full, one of the parcels did not progress through the courier's network as expected.
We raised a search with the courier and, on this occasion, a replacement was issued to you. An investigation was also raised with the courier account manager to establish what had happened to the original parcel.
We sincerely apologise for the issues you have experienced, both with the previous delivery and your current order. We appreciate how frustrating it must be to have to chase an order and then experience a further issue with the products received.

Rubbish matt black tubular latches
I received some matt black tubular door latches (899262) and the quality was shockingly bad. Some of them were damaged, some were sticking and wouldn't come out.
So I had to go to howdens and buy some better ones that actually work.
I've learnt my lesson!

Two Star worthy…
Gave two stars because I was doubled charged for a single item and you guys tried to deny it even whilst I produced evidence. I only got money owed to me back because I than was left with no choice but to inform you that I was going to ask my bank to reverse charge and that you guys should further investigate at which point low and behold you to have found my Second payment for the same item on the same day at the same time and you only then paid me back.. I will not be recommending any other customers to your website

I am very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with being charged twice for the same item, as well as the delays you experienced while we looked into this. This is certainly not the level of service that we expect for our customers.
I have looked into the matter and can see that when this was initially brought to our attention, we were unable to locate a second payment, with only one order showing as having been received by us. When we requested the card details to allow us to investigate this further, the incorrect card details were initially provided, which meant that we were unable to locate either payment at that stage.
Once we located the correct card details, we were able to locate one payment. When we checked again the following day, the second payment had come through to us, and we promptly processed a refund back to you.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused, as well as the frustration and delays you experienced in getting this resolved. I have raised this with our web team for further investigation. At present, it appears that the original payment may have timed out and subsequently been processed again, while the initial payment eventually worked its way through to us. However, this is no excuse for the experience you have had, and we take issues such as this very seriously.
Please be assured that we will ensure a thorough investigation is carried out to understand how this happened and help prevent a similar issue from occurring again.
We do very much appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. Our customers are very important to us, and feedback such as yours helps us to identify areas where we can improve the service we provide.
