I did eventually get my order
I did eventually get my order, however my order arrived incomplete with packingaging damaged. The items over two parcels were inapproprietly packaged. I then had to contact customer services to get replacement items, Even though I had mentioned the bad packaging, the replacement part arrived just as badly packaged as the original parts. Not the first time they have let me down.

Really quick dispatch, arrived next day with DPD. Good quality cabin hooks. Unfortunately I bought the wrong size and had to return them for a refund. I would recommend this company and will buy from them again.

I am so sorry to hear that your delivery has been delayed. This is certainly not the level of service that we expect for our customers, and I completely understand the frustration and inconvenience this has caused.
Having investigated your order, I can see that one of your parcels was initially delayed in transit, which should only have resulted in a 24-hour delay. Unfortunately, it was not until the following day that the parcel was updated to being lost in transit. This information should have been communicated to us immediately so that we could have arranged a replacement without any unnecessary delay.
I can see we issued a replacement that was delivered to yourself on the 22nd august. I am sorry for the inconvenience this delay caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Part delivery of order
I ordered ducting and only part of the order arrived, which was a problem in its self. The items that were delivered were fitted. I was then informed that the items that are to follow are no longer available.
I have now to completely redo the whole project.
I’ve emailed your company asking what to do with the removed items as they are of no use to me.
I have yet to have a response.
I would like a complete refund of the order as I have already lost the labour cost to fit and remove the items

You should expect to see the refund credited back to your account within the next few days.
