The delivery arrived late over three…
The delivery arrived late over three days and is still incomplete. It is probably not your fault but the courier you use is notoriously unreliable and would stop me using you again. Hopefully you will get my order completed soon. The strong ties dont appear to be very heavy duty in comparison to what I was expecting.

I have looked into this for you and can see that, although both parcels were despatched at the same time, unfortunately only one of the parcels has made its way to the delivery depot for delivery.
I have raised a search and investigation with the courier to establish what has happened to the missing parcel. And, in the mean time, I have also issued a replacement for the missing items, which will be arriving with you tomorrow.
