Very happy with the top, accurate size and colour. Quick delivery.

Sadly the product never arrived :(. It wasn't the courier's fault (they took a photo showing delivery) - someone must have stolen it before I could pick it up.

Customer service was amazing. I made the mistake of ordering clothes to a vacation house in the us, and delivery ended up being longer than I expected. They pulled strings to make sure that my package arrived while I was still there. I was so impressed.

The order was easy online and delivery to France quite well organised as I was informed at every step of the journey. The dress and its size are good.

Can't fault the buying process, and my package arrived quickly.

Beautiful quality and fit. So comfortable! Nicely packaged as well. The box is even brilliant for using at Christmas for gifts. Great recycling/reusing!

The return / exchange process does not work (no drop boxes or couriers in Chicag) and when I emailed the info address (twice), I did not get a response. My husband had to call the U.K. number and was told I had to go send in my exchange myself at the post office, I assume on my dime (to the U.K). Will not shop here again.

I reached out to the company a while ago with some issues I was having with gift vouchers. I have heard nothing back. Beyond that, the sizing of the clothing is not very inclusive, runs quite small and is disappointing. Was excited to try the website and have been left regretting it.

If i could gove zero stars i would - i ordered a skirt for next day delivery on 8th august. Still haven’t received it and have had no communication, despite several emails and attempting to call. I’m down over £50 woth nothing to show for it. Woeful.

Haven’t received the parcel yet. Courier keeps coming up with excuses as to why they can’t deliver it.

Sadly I have yet to receive my order so I can't review the product but I am really disappointed by how long it is taking to send me my maternity trousers. I often buy from UK stores and they usually use DPD or DHL and the items are shipped within a week. I now have been waiting 2 weeks for Evri to deliver! Ridiculous!

Can't complain about communication or delivery.

Shipping is to and from the UK, so here in the US I did not realize the hefty return fee that I would face. Because of this, I ended up keeping an item that I don't love as much which is disappointing. Wish I would have known up front.

Excellent quality clothing and fit really beautifully around my growing tummy. These clothes will be great for work leading up to baby being born.
Sustainable clothing is the way forward and I’m so glad to have found some sustainable maternity wear.

Bought lovely maternity top, good service. Just not long enough to fit the length of a tall woman in the bust area. Beautiful colour and fabric. So had to return.

I bought a maternity T-shirt and both the quality and sizing are perfect. I have been able to wear it right up until the end of my pregnancy, while other brands started to get too tight. The fabric is lovely and I appreciate the ethical focus of the company. My only quibble (and why I am giving 4*) is that most clothes from IO are not breastfeeding friendly, so worth bearing this in mind when purchasing.
