Love this product, took a little getting around some formats, but this solid product worked like a charm. Being able to clear passwords, add a user is fantastic! I get people who all the time lost their passwords, and this sure help! I recommend it to anyone!

This software did not work for me. I bought this software and all it did was start, then disappear after 3 seconds. I reloaded it three times and paid close attention to the instructions - did the same thing each time. I used Task Manager to determine if it was running in the background, but nope, nothing there...

I contacted both Iseepassword (owner of the software) and MyCommerce (the reseller), believing one or both to be a scam, and was prepared to contact Visa to file a fraud claim. But, to the credit of both companies, they responded and refunded my purchase price after about 10 days. So, I added a star to credit them with correcting the problem.

I purchased the application and made a typo in my email. I sent an email to customer support asking for the serial... taking 2 to 3 days to answer one email with no serious action (7e-mails in 9 days). After giving one star in the review they asked to delete it to solve the problem, and then they disappeared. I made a fraud report to my bank and I received a refund.

Its been 2 days since i run the application, i set it on 6 to 8 characters with specific suffix but still no luck. i looked for specific PERSON and pay it less than the product you sell. My god he crack it less than an hour.

At first I was having a difficult time figuring out how to unlock a worksheet, but the technical support helped out and taught me how to do it correctly. Great product.

The app is working and getting it's job done. The support is also fast and reliable!

I noted poor reviews for some of the other tools but the Widows password tool worked great and support was excellent. I had downloaded the trial version to make sure I could get it to work on a tablet with unknown software version. Got it loaded after hacking bios (don't forget to disable secure boot!) but it would not identify user accounts. After inquiry support sent link to a new version which did the trick. After registering it worked as advertised. Quick and easy!

Product did not reset password. A waste of money.

The best password recovery tool I have experienced through when I unfortunately forgot my windows password. After a long struggle and wasting many hours I reach out iseepassword that helped me login into the windows very easily. It was very helpful and i personally recommend this software for users looking for a password recovery tool.

It was great to get iseepassword as a password cracker, I just change my password for Windows and forget to note it down, it was a great mess to retrieve my set password, I searched for many hacks on internet but later I find iseepassword and believe me it worked for me.
