I can’t believe that it took me off the threat of losing my confidential file. As I am an accountant so I have lots of work with Excel files. I have many confidential files. Once I had forgotten the password of the protected excel file. But it helped me to crack the password of that file.

I purchased for my daughter’s computer and after four hours of attempting to download their software, we finally gave up. We had a the computer technician at my husband’s office try it the next day and no luck. They say 100 percent guaranteed but refuse a refund. This is a scam.

This program was made in China and distributed through a German company called Digital River which has a sales office in Minnetonka, MN. i bought the program and the license key does not work. I contacted support 4 times by email (no phone support at all) & only got 2 responses, both of which were "cookie cutter" responses that did not address the problem. I then asked for a refund and got no response. Beware this fraudulent company. I only rated it one star because there was not a zero star rating.

Trial found user but needed full version to unlock, was hesitant at first, seeing no other options at the moment, I went for it, and it did work, obviously it was not gonna crack passwords for free.

Does not work, wasted my money..

I can report only on the Excel related package.

Does not remove password protection from my Excel 2016 file (the trial indicated it could).

When it starts seeking pwds the rate is massive but after just 5 minutes it is down to 7m per second and continues to fall. I asked it to find a pwd at least 4 characters long (numbers and letters) After some 45 hours of continuous processing it has only checked 2 billion pwds (there are >56 billion to check). At that rate it'll take 1.75 months of continuous processing to check them all.

By all means get the trial and do the math yourself.

There is no support - the email just bounces.

The software doesn't work. Asked for support and no answer at all.

i bought full version ,but its code is wrong,and the customer service is awful,i think they are fakes,i want my money back.

What a crock, says free trial but when it finds the password, you have to register and pay $36 if the password is more than 3 characters

Software is totally fraudulent, I purchased in good will only to find that it couldn't 'crack' an iTunes backup with the correct password provided. As for the other 'recovery' tools, these are all things that can be done for free.

I contacted them asking for help and got nothing but excuses, even when I demonstrated that the software simply didn't work, they only offered a few pounds refund or product exchange but wouldn't budge despite being in breach of their own terms. I eventually got my money back via my credit card insurance but I'd strongly urge people to steer well clear!
