I absolutely love iStyles!

I absolutely love iStyles and their skins... I've been using them for probably 10 years! The skins are priced well, they have an amazing selection, and they always ship right away.

This was my first time using the 'create your own' option, and it was super easy and just as fast as ordering a pre-made style! I'm so excited to learn it was this easy and will surely be ordering more custom designs in the future.

Oh, I did have one disappointment that one of my favorite designs isn't available for my device. Can't say I completely understand why that would be, but I have other faves so won't fret about it!

Cases are available for other devices in another category at https://www.istyles.com/cases/ . Cases are however not available for the iPod touch 1st Gen.

Give the Skin a try, we think that you'll like it. The Skin can also be used with a "case" if you need more coverage. Just apply the Skin first, then put on a clear plastic or translucent silicone case over it and you'll be able to see the Skin design through the case. The case has to be purchased from elsewhere.

Very happy with my purchase

Very happy with my purchase. The selection was incredible, the shipping was fast, and everything was precise and fit perfectly. Initially ordered two drone skins, was so impressed I ordered a second time to skin my iPhone and AirPods. Highly recommend!!

Avoid at all costs.
In response to your allegations below that I was rude to you! Why tell these lies? I would be happy to supply the email thread to anyone who wants to see that I was never once rude! I did email often because I was not getting any response to my query. You then asked me to wait 8 more weeks which would have made the lead time 16 weeks. You can blame who you like for what went wrong, but how you as a company dealt with it was highly unprofessional and your untruthful response to my review is no surprise. If you care to disclose at what stage you found that I was rude to your staff I would be glad to hear your point of view because I have read all the emails again and the only part I found rude was that you stopped replying to me once I kindly asked to be refunded in full when my order had not made it within the delivery window. So I got banned because I asked for a refund?
I emailed on the 18th of August to ask how would I be notified if there was a customs fee due on my order, that was the reason for my email on the 18th. You then responded with your opinion of dealing with the Irish postal service to which I agreed with you and was happy to wait longer as I knew this was still only 8 days in to an international shipment. My next email to you was September 30th where I explained I had still not received my order, you then asked me to wait until October 5th. This is when I asked for a refund but never received a response from iStyles. I emailed again on September 1st with no response, again on September 3rd no response and finally on September 6th with no response. I would advise that you speak to “customer service ninja” Michael as his job title suggests on his email signature, to offer my apologies if I hurt his feelings by kindly asking for a refund. His health may benefit if you were to upskill him with some professional help on customer service.
I would gladly put this behind me and move on but I do not like your untruthful allegation that I was rude you your staff as I was never ever rude to you. You have actually annoyed me hugely by making those allegations and I will be taking it up further rather than “ Leaving it behind and moving on”!

To me this has all the characteristics of a scam company. I purchased an item from istyles online and there was very little communication about the shipping, the online tracking showed that the item made it to the destination airport and then the trail went cold. They stopped replying to my emails and refused to refund me my money. I requested a refund on three occasions but they did not even have the decency to respond. This is a highly unprofessional company. Avoid using this company if you don’t want to lose your money.

We're sorry to hear that your package has not arrived yet. Your package was shipped on 10 August and arrived in Ireland on 16 August. According to the tracking page at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=UA457277914US , the Irish postal service just returned the package as it was scanned yesterday (9 Sep) at a US facility, which indicates that either the delivery address was incorrect, or the package was not collected.

The Irish postal service do not scan their incoming international mail and it is perfectly normal that the tracking status in Ireland stops at the "DUBLIN, IRELAND" airport, even when the package gets delivered physically. We asked that you give them more time for the process to play out before we do any follow-up action such as shipping another package, but you refused to wait, messaged every other day, demanding that you were immediately refunded.

You felt that you were not getting a response to your query because the answer you needed to hear "sure, we have refunded your order" was not something we could do as it was still too early in the delivery process.

This eventually got you banned as going back and forth with "please give this more time" and "refund now" was not useful. Every year or two, someone makes it onto the banned list. It's not that our staff were ignoring you; they were just not aware of your subsequent emails as these stopped going into the ticketing system. We were still tracking your package and would have refunded the order if it gets returned or if a sufficiently long time has passed (8 weeks from ship date) and it still does not arrive.

You just had to give the process more time so that we can see what's going on before anything can be done about it. Your package was shipped on 10 August and such international deliveries usually take about 1 to 3 weeks to arrive. You started emailing us on 18 August.

This has been a mess and we're sorry that it turned out this way. Your payment was refunded in full. I hope that this satisfies your concern.

Update: removed statement about "rude". I went through your correspondence again and your responses, though insistent, were not rude. I'm sorry for the mess.

Great skins and Fast Shipping!

Great skins and Fast Shipping!
They were super easy to apply, and reposition and the colors look great!
My only nitpick is that little bubbles started to form after I put the skins on, but they aren't that noticeable and don't seem to be that big of an issue. I would definitely buy from here again!

If bubbles "form" after a while, it means that little pockets of air were trapped under the Skin during Skin application. This can be avoid during Skin application by pressing the Skin down from inside/centre out, but if air does get trapped, just massage these air pockets to the edge using your fingers so that the air can "escape" at the edge. The weaved adhesive of the Skin makes it easier to massage these out, but if the air is still stuck, gently peel the Skin to where these air pockets are, press them out, and paste the Skin back from inside/centre out.

Super fast shipping

Super fast shipping, I placed my order and 2 days later the skin was in! High quality print and thick skin help make my goggles look great, but also offer good abrasion protection. It's a no brainer after spending so much money on the goggles
