I had previously had a bad experience trying to purchase the chain I wanted, with both vendors sending me a chain that did not meet the exact description, which were returned. My payment method needed to be verified by ItsHot due to fraud prevention, so there was an unexpected hiccup, but Tina at ItsHot was extremely prompt, professional, and easy to deal with… so the hiccup was dealt with swiftly and a reassurance that I was buying from a quality dealer that truly cared about their customer’s experience. First off .., the Men's Iced out Bracelet I purchased was affordable! Not crazy made up pricing. Overpriced items do not move! Affordable item pricing does ! And from the receipt invoice and email documentation that kept me up to date with the purchase was 5 star! Even if you need to chat or customize, they are there for you.They must have a great team! My item was purchased and shipped in a few hours via FedEx , and tracked until I signed for it and received it ! All under 2 days! You don't have to live in the Hampton's to feel special with this Jewelry company! And to my amazement, upon opening the bracelet box, the box lit up like a little showroom!!
