The worst place to buy software
On Monday 26th February 2019 I purchased a Parallels Desktop 13 for MAC ACADEMIC for $45.55 but when I received it I couldn't activate it since I only have a PC so I sent it back and now they are refusing to refund me so I would recommend buying your software elsewhere.

Incredibly incompetent and rude
After ordering one particular product and receiving a completely different product, I contacted ITSpot to notify them of the error. I was advised that the product I did receive performed the same function as what I had ordered.
Luckily I Googled this information before opening the products. I had been given the WRONG information by their extremely incompetent sales team... When politely I called them to confirm that this information was incorrect, they were extremely rude and did not acknowledge their mistake, nor could they confirm a full refund, and when I defended my situation, I wad repeatedly hung up on! They then proceeded to insist that an opened product would not be refunded... THANK YOU GOOGLE!
Still awaiting confirmation on refunds. I may very well lose $2,000 through ITSpot and I am horrified.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!
