I ordered 3 bottles of The Pink Stuff The Miracle Bathroom Foam Cleaner through Amazon BUT IwonaTEC sent 3 bottles of The Pink Stuff The Miracle Multi-Purpose Cleaner. I contacted the company through Amazon and they apologised and said if I agreed they would send me 3 bottles of the correct Cleaner at a special price of 19.90 Euros - some special price as the original price through Amazon was only 13.67 Euros!!!!
They take your money and then fail when they are in the wrong.
Of yes Amazon says the items can't be returned as they are inflammable!!!! THEN how did they send them to me??????
IwonaTEC accepted that they sent the wrong items originally and have now resolved the matter satisfactorily.

I bought some boxes that they sent me completely worn and with broken components, far from considering a solution they offered me a ridiculous refund and they did not answer my emails again, do not deal with them

I have ordered from this company now twice. The first order took four weeks which is quite a long time in EU
The shipping cost abroad seems to be always the same, no matter how small the shipment. 19,95€ is high for light and small package. .

I ordered the second time.
I have waited for 1,5 months and have heard nothing about the shipment even though they sent me the tracking number. I contacted DHL who informed me that the shipment hadn’t arrived to them yet.
I have now contacted the company 3 times by email and they haven’t answered me at all.

The service seems to be quite unreliable, slow and expensive.
Therefore I cannot recommend this seller.

Is this even genuine business... I made an order, got an order confirmation... Haven't heard anything from the IwonaTEC for 9 days now. No reaction when I tried to reply on my order confirmation, the email address stated on their website isn't a working one and the web form on their site doesn't do anything.

very bad, they promised a next day delivery and then said that, in fact, for Belgium, it takes up tot 4 days. They said that, because it is written in Dutch, the information on their website is not correct and they are 'trying to fix it'. We are very disapointed.
