I ordered a lady"s bike online some time back. I still had to take to a bike shop for some adjustments that should have been done at the factory. Worst is that it is not possible to pump the bike without having to own 2 different pumps as the valves are different. Izibike acknowledged this. I asked them to correct this and they refused! It is annoying and a nuisance!

What a terrible experience... I arrived and the bike had no pedals despite being delivered with pedals... I needed the bike on the day so the sales rep deducted the 15eur worth pedals off new shimano ones.
He seemed really helpful and friendly until my first ride. Weird noise, something touching the weels.. I took it to a specialist : the mountianbike (a 1300€ bike worth!) had not been assembled properly : the derailleur was not straight and the disk break was touching the wheel. I had to pay another 15€ to have it fixed. Friendly staff (at least the young guy!) but clearily not competent and very disappointed after spending 1000€ !

From the online ordering to the payment at the shop everything went smoothly for me. My bicycle was made ready right after I ordered it. I had to chance to try it at the shop. They made the necessary adjustments. I paid by my credit card and it was done! I especially like the friendliness of the staff. The guy at the shop spent half an hour to answer all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He even let us try some other bikes that were different than what I ordered. That also helped a lot to make our minds. Thank you izibike!
The bike was delivered on time like promised and in mint condition. The fact that you can choose your own delivery date is a big plus.
I am so happy with my purchase. There are so many bike options to choose from and the process is so easy and it is definitely much cheaper then normal bike shops
4.75/5 only drawback is that the in-house pedals are not the best
There was a small problem with the gears shifting on their own, but I called customer care and got a manual how to adjust it. It was 3 minutes of easy work, and the bike was fine! I am satisfied.

Dit kon niet makkelijker ervaring. Er kunnen tal van fiets online verkoop websites, maar izibike is groot als de bezorger helpt om uw pedalen en het stuur vast te stellen, dus er is geen noodzaak om gedoe met dat. Toe te voegen op de verzekering was ook gemakkelijk - geen noodzaak in te vullen veel papierwerk - ze doen het voor u. Mijn fiets was bedoeld om te worden geleverd in 5- 7 werkdagen, maar het kwam in 3 dagen en ik werd elke stap van de weg op de hoogte. Goede communicatie! Dank u, Izibike!
This could not have been an easier experience. There may be lots of online bike sales websites, but izibike is great as the delivery guy helps to fix your pedals and handlebar, so there's no need to fuss with that. Adding on insurance was also easy - no need to fill out loads of paperwork - they do it for you. My bike was meant to be delivered in 5- 7 working days, but it arrived in 3 working days and I was informed every step of the way. Good communication! Thank you, Izibike!

I had to return the bike but the guys there at Izibike were very helpful. Would recommend them to other customers!
First, I had some serious communication problems on both phone and by email. On top of that, the "track and trace" number showed no data. The latter was claimed to have been a server error.
Delivery is going to be after almost 1 week (including 1 public holiday) instead of within 24 hrs after handover to logistics.
Anyway, a very nice and cooperative guy at Izibike sorted out most of the problems. Thanks for that.
