There is no option on this web site to contact customer services by email. I wanted to track my parcel after 6 days but could find no credible information on how to do so even though I payed for next day delivery. The phone number was an American number. I am not paying for long distance I just won’t use them again

Having reviewed the order, it was placed on Friday for next working day delivery. As this past Monday was a bank holiday in the UK, the next working day was Tuesday 5th May, which is when FedEx marked it as delivered.
The order arrived right on time.

Not packaged well
I ordered a large variety of items. Most of the order, including several tubes of oil paints, was packed loose in a too-large box. The paints, with sharp metal edges, knocked around during shipping such that one tube got punctured and leaked onto everything else in the box. Coincidentally, a sponge brush had a chunk missing (appeared to be a manufacturing defect). Jackson's refunded the full price of the tube of paint that burst and 50% of the cost of the sponge brushes (a 3-pack). On the whole, cleaning oil paint off of everything in the box was not worth receiving 3/4 of a tube of yellow ochre for essentially free and a discount on two cheap sponge brushes ($10.67 total refund).

We’re very sorry for the condition your order arrived in. Opening a parcel to find items damaged and paint spread across the contents is not the experience we want for any of our customers.
We agree that what was initially offered didn’t go far enough given the state of the order. This has since been reviewed by a Manager, and we have now refunded not only the damaged tube of paint in full, but also the sponge brush, along with adding $50 in Reward Points as a gesture towards the overall experience and initial handling.
We hope this goes some way to putting things right, and we do appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
