Ordered a thule 6300 awning first email told me they were out of stock second email told you wouldn’t deliver to N.Ireland after first email i phone in to see if there was another awning option ordered Fiamma 80s awning and a Thule electric step . Awning took a week to get to me no step yet !!!!! Poor service and too many different stories . Tom 3/8/26

Hi Tom, we’re sorry for the frustration caused and would like to provide some context.
The original Thule awning was checked with the UK distributor and you were advised once availability was confirmed. August is a difficult stock period, as many Italian manufacturers shut down, meaning awning stock can sell through quickly and cannot always be replenished until September.
Your delivery address was then flagged as an issue, as Thule’s UK freight service is not currently able to deliver awnings of this size to Northern Ireland.
Large awnings cannot travel through standard parcel services due to their length, fragility and post-Brexit freight restrictions, so they have to move through a specialist freight service, even when handled by carriers such as FedEx or DX.
After speaking directly with the Fiamma distributor, we were able to offer a Fiamma awning as an alternative. However, Northern Ireland collections from Fiamma only take place on set days, which affected the delivery time.

Did take longer than I expected ordering on the Friday and it not comming until the Thursday, I originally was going to order from Amazon which stated 1-2 business days and this was comming from this supplier to Amazon. That was all really, probably so use to Amazon next day or day after.
