No issues what so ever, product came and up and working, happy customer.
Did take longer than I expected ordering on the Friday and it not comming until the Thursday, I originally was going to order from Amazon which stated 1-2 business days and this was comming from this supplier to Amazon. That was all really, probably so use to Amazon next day or day after.

Great Experience & Best Price
Best price for my Victron charger, beating Amazon and all eBayers. Order process was straightforward and it was shipped by Royal Mail tracked 48 (extra charge, but even when added in, their price was still better that all the others). It has just arrived, very carefully packaged and I have tested its functionality briefly, but I am satisfied that with it being a Victron charger, it will do the job well.

Very helpful and a good price for my replacement fridge. By good I mean an extortionate price for a fridge, caravan fridges are a rip off but that is thetford not jacksons fault.

Great quality and service
The roof light arrived quickly and was well packaged therefore arrived in perfect condition. We have ordered a lot of this product as we manufacture high top roofs for vans and some of our customers want us to provide them with a high top with a skylight fitted during production.

I ordered wrong part originally
I ordered wrong part originally, but they sorted free return and pointed me to correct fridge burner which I ordered and recieved.
