Dismal quality and sizing is off. I didn’t have high hopes for a $29 sweater and track pants but this was well below what I thought. Top was huuuge and pants short and tight despite both being same si... See more

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! Fast, helpful and friendly. Will continue to shop with them and highly recommend you try them out.
Worst company
Worst company. Sent me a faulty item and have made it an absolute nightmare to rectify the problem. They have taken zero responsibility for the poor quality of the item and have not assisted in any way (when I asked to have the new item sent to my new postal address). Essentially if you ask their ‘customer service’ for assistance, the answer is ‘no’. Was a huge fan of this brand until now but I won’t be wasting anymore money on this brand.
Pretty happy except for postage costs
I recently bought the tempo scuba sweater and tech full length compression leggings. If I'd listened to most of the reviews on here I wouldn't have proceeded with my purchase but I'm glad I did. I'm happy with the size, design and the quality. Yes they are expensive but I think the quality matches the cost and I can see myself wearing for a while. I went a size up to the m in the pants based off feedback that sizes run small, and with owners like Bec Judd, who is petite, it's not surprising. A big negative for me was paying $14+ for postage when I'm paying almost $300 for goods - this should be free in my opinion.
I have made two seperate purchases from…
I have made two seperate purchases from Jaggad in the past few months and my customer experience has been nothing but fantastic. My first purchase was a 3 for $180 promo where I receive tights - Crop top and a sweater. Amazing fit - Amazing Quality and shipping was quick! My second purchase was a sweat set and whilst I will admit there was a fault with the waistband my email notifying them of this was replied to in less than 24hrs with sincere apologies and rectified swiftly where I then went to purchase the scuba sweater and matching tights. Received the last order last night and I am thrilled all round. Will definitely buy again !!!
Very expensive for very little quality
Very expensive for very little quality. I just received the tights and sweater in the mail and the tights are literally see through. The material feels cheap and they don't sit well. The jumper is thin and is massive. Wouldn't buy again.
Poor quality, cheap material. Overpriced.
The jumper advertised as "sweats"..$129 for a really thin garment that would struggle to keep you warm. Also the tights are not adequate for actual gym use. Cheap material, no give/stretch in them and really poor fit. I'm extremely disappointed and would actively encourage people not to buy.
Not true to size
Tights are incredibly small (I wear a S Lorna Jane and 6 Lululemon) and the M Jaggad were a struggle to get on. Very uncomfortable and the fabric has no give at all - it needs to have a bit of stretch and snapback for exercise. Poor quality for the price.
Tops are very oversized, after ordering a M leggings I opted for a S jumper and I am swimming in it.
Won't be buying again. Not worth the exorbitant price tag and I can't wear either of these items.
Underwhelming
I’m a fan of Bec Judd but these leggings do not meet the ‘premium’ quality bar - especially when compared to Gymshark, MyProtein, Nike, Lululemon, Lorna Jane. I purchased the glacé high waist leggings and classic high waist leggings on sale ($75 per item). First of all, these do run small (I’m an ‘S’ for all the brands above) but I felt like I was fighting with my leggings to get these on. The top band of the leggings are a squeeze to get into. then you spend a few minutes pinching on the fabric to pull them up to the right position.
Once they’re on there’s little support around the waistband area. I’m a 26 waist so not a massive issue but something even like the Align pants from Lulu feels much more secure.
In terms of the look, the glacé fabric is unique but i find my Aligns or Gymsharks to be much more flattering.
I like some of Jaggad’s designs overall but hopefully they can conduct more customer research and testing to understand what women are looking for in terms of performance and function (not just brand/design).
Love all the items I have purchased…
Love all the items I have purchased from Jaggad. Best quality and finished well. Wash beautifully and don’t loose shape. Always as described. Love it that Jaggad have all size models for their clothes. Be guided by the description eg. Relaxed fit, oversize or slim for the tops, besides they have a comprehensive sizing guide on the website. Delivery is so so fast, ordered one day and arrives 2 days later in metro Melbourne
Poor quality of material
Whilst I like the design/pattern, the material quality is extremely poor. Every other brand of leggings I own (PE nation, lulu lemon, muscle republic, Nike, adidas) is much better quality.
I wouldn’t be buying Jaggad leggings again. Also the sizing runs small - if you’re a small, get the medium.
Not very good
My pair of leggings arrived with loose thread everywhere.. Also received the wrong size of sports bra, which turned out to be completely unsupportive. I would say this brand is not worth the money.
Not great
Not great - really disappointed tbh. My purchase of 2 x leggings. Cheap low quality fabric and really small sizing. I am an 8-10 usually and erred on the side of caution by ordering an M but they were desperately uncomfortable. gave them away to a friend.
I recently had to exchange leggings…
I recently had to exchange leggings ordered via internet and since I live near Brighton store, I dropped in to exchange. Customer service was excellent. I was promptly attended to, 1 pair of leggings exchanged and 2nd pair (which they didn't have in stock) was mailed to me the same day.
Great job!
thank you
Cool designs but as an dedicated gym…
Cool designs but as an dedicated gym junkie of 20 years I was disappointed with the fabric and cut for the price. Sports bra/top is not supportive and the leggings for $170 are nowhere near the quality of Lululemon, Lorna, Nike. Wouldn’t buy again unless it was massively discounted
Best in the business!
Amazing products! The best tights I have ever exercised in and I’ve been through lots of different brands! The quality of the active tops are also fantastic! Customer service and delivery times were great!
