I ordered a sweat top but noticed when I received confirmation of the order that my address was all muddled up.
I emailed to say this but had no reply.
I the received an email saying the parcel had been returned as no recognisable address from the courier.
I have since sent two further emails still with no reply!
I have no sweat top or no refund!
Disgraceful company. Terrible customer service. Do not use them . I want my £60 refunded.

Ordered an item and they never shipped it. Ignored my emails and wouldn’t refund me. Website went down and a few months later back up again with zero acknowledgment. Terrible company

Wouldn’t even give one star. I’ve returned the items dated 29/04 and I haven’t had a reply or a refund. Not able to access their website and every email is bouncing back. Not happy at all!! Avoid at all cost!!

Like the latest reviews. I placed an order of multiple hoodies to choose from for my sons birthday and need to return one. Website has been down for a month when it says a few hours, emails rejected, no response from insta messages and no contact number. I notice no one has had a reply to there reviews since Feb 23 so if you’ve gone bust why dont you just say it?!
Sweater never arrived
I ordered a sweater 3 weeks ago, I payed and received an order confirmation, but i haven’t heard anything since. I can’t follow the delivery updates and since the website is down, I can’t reach anyone. The mail delivery failed. So it’s waisted money, don’t order when ur in Europe.

Website is displaying message updating will be back in few hours. That message has been up now for at least a month now. I returned a jacket which was delivered to return address and accepted no refund no way of contacting them. My emails are being rejected by the company. Don't know what to do. Been 3 weeks since I returned my jacket.

Worst customer care team in 2023
I have been a loyal customer for years as I know this brand wasn’t so big but however the quality of their items and design is really nice, we’ll it’s a shame I will have to say I will not be buying anything from Jameson Carter as lesson learnt when it comes down to customer service. I ordered 4 items and mainly for a hoodie which was meant to be next day delivery and after 5 days it arrived today however missing the hoodie. checked my emails and to see it was out of stock so they offered me on the email which was really good to start with I thought maybe they can resolve this issue with no hassle even though delivery was delayed. I was advised the exact following (If you would like a different item, please, send me the name and which size you would like and I will prepare the order for you) not stating anything as price match I thought okay maybe due to the issues I have faced they are giving this as goodwill. I replied with saying I want another hoodie in the right size and colour. Got an email to say they can’t do that and has to be the same price even thought item was only 10 pound more. I’m disappointed at this customer service level to look after customers I’m sure the amount we spend offering a goodwill that at least keeps the customer happy shouldn’t be a issue. Won’t be ordering anymore and those who read this as long your order is on time and no issue is fine but once they mess up your defo not gonna get looked after take your business somewhere else.
No response after a refund
Returned a product and understood that they take away cost of postage, which is not an issue but still underpaid me more than should’ve and when I questioned it, they did not respond.
It’s a shame as I use this clothing brand a lot and never had to return an item until this one, so it’s a shame how it’s been handled.

Bad service
I have ordered many items in the past no issues. But a terrible delivery service this time with evri I also sent back a hoodie that was too big still waiting on a refund three weeks later no reply to my emails 😢

I recently had a problem with my delivery, via Evri. The Jameson Carter customer service team were so helpful in getting my items re sent to me. With so many companies being so bad at customer service, it was refreshing to deal with a company who actually put the interest of the customer first.

Extremely pleased with product and customer service in the end
Would have given it 5* if item wasn't late or customer service was more responsive. Having said that, the product is by far the best quality possible. The coat is 10/10 and they did refund what I paid for next day delivery due to item being late. I will be ordering again 😊

I ordered a jacket in the sale which looked amazing especially for the price . Ordered a size 8 and it came very quickly and efficiently. The quality of the jacket is great but it is absolutely massive . I’d say it’s a size 12 . Definitely not near a size 8 . Not sure how to return it as I can’t see Any paperwork but I have emailed the team and awaiting a response . Unfortunately, I don’t even think the size 6 will for going by the size 8. Pity as great quality and service.

Need a new delivery partner & to take some responsibility for products not arriving
Item ordered on 19/12, despatched on the same day and with the delivery company out for delivery on 20th and 21st apparently, however there has been no update since, i have contacted JC and they replied saying once shipped they can't be held responsible.... i still don't have my parcel or been told when it will be delivered. Considering this isn't free p&p this is very poor, i expect a refund for the deliver (£5) plus additional compensation due to the late delivery. Very Poor CS to just pass on the blame.

Missing item
I placed an order, jameson Carter emailed me to say one item had sold out. They asked me to choose an alternative or they could send me a refund. I chose a new item, it was slightly more and it was sent out straight away next day delivery. All of this was done within a 72hr period from me placing my original order, to me recieving my alternative item, and at Xmas. I was amazed at what great customer service. Unlike the likes of boohoo who take 48hrs to even get back to you
