Ordered first time, and was absolutely happy with the product and the service!
the ham arrived on time (on exact day it was supposed to arrive), and as for the product - i totally LOVE it!!!
I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend others!

From the beginning, Fernanda was in touch--in perfect English--and was very well prepared to assist me in picking out the product and shipping it to arrive on a specific date and place. It was a small order but she made me feel as if I was an old and valued customer even if it was the first time I made an order and not likely to make another for sometime because of my location. Hi, I used the banktransfer option as payment and did not receive any kind of confirmation that the money was received or that the package was sent.However the package arrived on day 7 just hours before i was going to email and ask if it was sent but fortunately it was.

This is my third year of ordering with Jamoteca and I have yet to be disappointed

I recommend Jamoteca to other customers who love hams.

I bought Jamón Joselito grande for 585€ from Jamoteca.
I cut all the ham at once.

2/3 of the meat was delicious, but the remaining 1/3 was spoiled by the outside brine (the sea salt used o mature the ham). It had the disgusting taste of rott/earth.

You can imagine the impact on my guests, especially when I told them they were eating a Joselito ham.

For a 585€ price tag I would have expected much better quality.

2/3 de la carne era deliciosa, pero el 1/3 restante fue estropeado por la salmuera exterior (la sal de mar utilizada o madura el jamón). Tenía el sabor desagradable del rott / tierra.

Usted puede imaginar el impacto sobre mis invitados, especialmente cuando les dije que estaban comiendo un jamón Joselito.

Para 585 € precio me esperaba mucho mejor calidad.

The Joselito ham was delicious beyond imagination. Undoubtedly the best ham in the world as advertised. Jamoteca´s service was good - I received an email to track my order in the UK and they were very responsive to follow up questions via phone and email.
