I messaged the team for help switching…

I messaged the team for help switching plans due to my limited computer skills.Asha from the support team (rather than telling me what to do) did the switch at their end of the computer within 5 minutes of my request. Fabulous customer service (and the food is lovely).Thanks Asha.

That there is support for any problem

Big thank you to Asha for quick response to altering my next box of Jane plan meals .to others that I like .it was my fault as when I spoke to Asha over the telephone I gave her my old postcode and she couldn't find my details .which I realised my mistake after speaking to her. My postcode is similar to old postcode .glad it was sorted in the end .thanks again Asha best wishes Mary Morgan 😊

A lovely selection of food.

A lovely selection of food.
Some items that i dont like so have run out of lunches and hope fully when my next box comes on 8th July i have changed some things correctly.

First order excellence

Delivery of my first order was quite rapid and contained the full range that I ordered. Items were well packed and all arrived in-tact. A good start to my JanePlan journey.

It’s very expensive snd portions are…

It’s very expensive snd portions are small . I decided to stop subscription and they said they would have to charge me £150
To stop as I didn’t know there was a 8 months subscription if signed up
For.As I only had 5 days I was then told I could send it all back for a full refund but would have to pay £16.95 for delivery . I would nevee deal with this company again.

We offer a variety of plans at different price points, along with a 14-day return policy where you can try up to 5 days’ worth of meals before deciding whether to keep your order. If you have changed your mind after trying the five days, you can send the remaining meals back for a refund (including the meals you’ve tried). We also offer to arrange a collection for you at the cost of £16.50.

If you would like to cancel, but not make a return, we do offer a cancel any time policy with no cancellation fees. However, as our longer duration plans are discounted, if a plan is cancelled early, we simply ask members to pay the difference between the discounted plan and the shorter duration completed, as explained in our terms and conditions.

The initial ordering was a bit confusing on whether there were choices of food.
The information about having to pay the extra money if cancelling, was not clear enough.
Cancelling was simple.

We have a variety of over 80 meals and you can choose between a nutritionist pick menu, or build your own. You can also change your menu between deliveries :)

Regarding our cancellation policy, we do offer a cancel any time option with no cancellation fees. However, as our longer duration plans are offered at a discounted price, if a plan is cancelled early, we simply ask members to pay the difference between the discounted plan they signed up for and the shorter duration they completed. absolutely awful meals

absolutely awful meals, ultra processed flavourless and disgusting. like a cross between baby food and cheap vegetable soup. gave all mine away and what i couldn't give away i threw in the bin.

We understand that preferences can vary and we offer a variety of over 80 meals to try and cater to everyone’s preferences. You can also change your menu between deliveries, or use our Swap Up service to exchange meals.

We would like to clarify that our meals are not ultra-processed. Unlike ultra-processed foods, there are no artificial preservatives or additives in the Jane Plan meals. Our meals stay fresh because of the unique and very natural cooking method we use – not because there are any industrial substances in them. We seal our meals then heat them to a high temperature in a pressure cooker which means they make no contact with the air and therefore do not require preservatives. It’s a bit like vacuum packing.

Problem sorted.

I'm on the 8 month plan and my 6th box arrived with substitute meals for some that were out of stock. I emailed because I didn't like the substitutes and the response was very quick. Asha, the lead nutritionist, sorted meals that I do like - no fuss and very efficient. Thank you.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service when the order was wrong & expected me to pay for the error even with the 5 day money back guarantee. Even though I called to resolve, I was told I had to send an email. I had to chase my phone calls & emails

The menu choice options are very limited

You have to buy a lot of additional extras fruit & vegetables, etc they are not complete meals. They are not transparent until you receive your order

I would not recommend

Meals delivered soon after ordering whilst I was ‘diet ready’. Plenty of choice. Microwavable. Quite filling and tasty. Support there if needed. So far so good!!

AVOID!!!

I have tried many different ways to lose weight, this has got to be one of the worst! The food all tastes the same, the only way to describe it is absolute slop! Even the smell of it is truly stomach turning! And when I tried to cancel it, they told me I had signed up for three months and not The one month that I thought I had to try it out, so conned me out of my hard earned money! My husband has also signed up and cancelled so if anyone wants boxes and boxes of slop, you’re welcome to it!! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
