This company is so accommodating and…

This company is so accommodating and helpful. They have adapted my plan to suit my needs which I'm extremely grateful for. It is also so easy to choose and change the menus, and delivery dates to suit.

Excellent Customer Service

I’ve always enjoyed excellent customer service from the staff at Jane Plan. Recently this has included making changes to meal selection, delivery dates and account access issues.

Disappointed…

Hello my star does not reflect the quality or content of the food. I had erroneously thought there would be less sugar content, i have a sugar intolerance and I also find the spices not to my liking. I therefore sadly will have to stop my order. I can give ehat is left to friends to try. So sorry about this..

I love all of the meals I have had so…

I love all of the meals I have had so far except the mushroom risotto but that,s because I don't like mushrooms. Delivery came early in the morning which was great. It,s so quick and easy to do the meals. They are all so tasty and filling. I lost half a stone in my first week.

Delicious food and great support

Asha was lovely and extremely helpful. My request was dealt with swiftly and I received exactly the support I needed. The choice of meals is extensive and it tastes really nice. My weight loss has been stubbornly non-existant but since starting Jane Plan it is now starting to shift.

Response immediately from Asha today. When I emailed to say thanks for this months box and to request a pause for my next box as i will be away.
Its great because I can go away and most likly over eat,but when I come back I get straight back on my Jane plan. It keeps me from becoming overweight again.

Tasty meals

I have found Jane Plan meals so convenient and really tasty. There is a great variety of food and it has live chats online if you require further info. It is great you are able to pause and restart your plan when necessary at the same price.

I had my reservations but I am seeing…

I had my reservations but I am seeing results. From week one I started to lose weight and not once have I felt hungry in fact I struggle to eat the snacks, which are Very nice! With the added Fruit & Veg each meal is very satisfying. The flavours are delicious and certainly don’t require any added seasoning. The choices are great and it’s so simple to change the next month’s order if you want to try something new. There are reminder texts, recipes & support is always available offering advice on eating & drinking socially. Delivery is promptly delivered every 28 days by a very reliable courier!
I would totally recommend Jane Plan to any one who has struggled in the past to lose weight, all the meals are put together so all you need to do is pop it in the microwave for a few minutes add your own sides (which they give recommendations to accompany or use your own)
I just wish I’d started this last year!!!

Jane Plan advice and guidance

I have been using Jane Plan for a while now and find the meals really nice mostly. The support I receive when phoning or emailing questions is so helpful and when I first started I needed some support and guidance on my weight lose journey which I received from a lady called Asha. She was very informative and gave me helpful advice and tips to help me continue

I have spoken to someone

I have spoken to someone. The delivery was poor... The box was to big ...I could not lift it and it was left at entrance of apartments please note I did not sign for the box!
When I eventual got it into my flat some of the packets were open attracted flies and was appalling
Taste of meals is poor
I rang to complain after visiting the web site I could not afford 8 months of food!
Was sent a form to return... I have no printer what can I do now?

We understand how upsetting it must have been to find some of the meal packets open, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused.

Had you wished to continue with the plan, we would have been more than happy to arrange replacements for any damaged meals. However, we appreciate that you decided the plan was not right for you, and we're sorry to hear that the meals did not meet your expectations.

Regarding your return, we do offer a 14-day return policy. If you do not have access to a printer, there is no need to worry – you can simply write the information requested on the return form onto a separate piece of paper and include it with your return. Three weeks in and I have lost 9lbs

Three weeks in and I have lost 9lbs so far towards my target weight.
Pleasantly surprised at the choice of meals available and the chance to change the menu every time you place your monthly order if there is something you are not keen on.
The best part is I have not felt hungry during the course of the diet.
Looking forward to getting to my target weight.

Fatima was very prompt in addressing my issue of cancelling my contract when it runs out. She was previously very helpful with the delivery service and organised a refund for me.

New recruit.

I only started Jane Plan on Thursday in time for dinner. As there were no instructions on the porridge sachets I sent and e-mail to Jane Plan on Sunday. Today, Monday, Fatima sent me the 'recipes'. I'm looking forward to breakfast tomorrow.
So far I have enjoyed the meals I have had. Off to heat my Carrot Soup for lunch.
