Three weeks in and I have lost 9lbs

Three weeks in and I have lost 9lbs so far towards my target weight.
Pleasantly surprised at the choice of meals available and the chance to change the menu every time you place your monthly order if there is something you are not keen on.
The best part is I have not felt hungry during the course of the diet.
Looking forward to getting to my target weight.

Help

Fatima was very prompt in addressing my issue of cancelling my contract when it runs out. She was previously very helpful with the delivery service and organised a refund for me.

New recruit.

I only started Jane Plan on Thursday in time for dinner. As there were no instructions on the porridge sachets I sent and e-mail to Jane Plan on Sunday. Today, Monday, Fatima sent me the 'recipes'. I'm looking forward to breakfast tomorrow.
So far I have enjoyed the meals I have had. Off to heat my Carrot Soup for lunch.

A great surprise as to how tasty and good the menu is. I would like much of the same next time, but avoid too many 'mushroom' meals. Don't like them!

where to start

where to start - service and delivery great, food delicious.
so easy to change your menu when you want to, and quick response to questions sent by email
just love everything about Janeplan so much I have ordered further meals to carry on after my subscription has ended. Almost forgot to say that in six weeks i have already lost 12 pounds

More food than I would normally eat so…

More food than I would normally eat so not lost weight. Don't like the spicy recipes or beans or pot noodles. Found some hair in one meal.

Nice food but take care

It's not so much the taste of the meals but the containers, the seals are quite difficult to take off and the food is hot there's a potential to get burnt food splashing on you. Also my parcel was damaged at DHL they said it would be delivered next day, it wasn't. Then I was told it would come next Saturday as I asked for a weekend delivery and I thought it would be a new package and it wasn't it was the damaged one.

I am one week into my Jane plan and extremely impressed

I am one week into my Jane plan and have to say that so far I am extremely impressed. The information I received prior to starting was very thorough, the meals are well packaged , delivered on time and absolutely delicious.

My first weigh-in after 7 days revealed a pleasing weight loss of 1.6kg and has given me confidence to continue to reaching my goal. I have to say that there have been some days when I have felt hungry between lunch and dinner - but this is when the delicious snacks have come in very handy!

Helpful for someone without willpower!

Good to have portions in sizes that mean I lose weight slowly but steadily. I have stopped ordering anything with beef or lamb in it as the pieces seem to contain mostly fat rather than good meat.

Meal Option difficulties…

I felt the composition of the meals weren't clear on the site when selecting options. eg Many came with rice as a main ingredient and this wasn't clear to me. I rarely have rice as I feel it doesn't suit my digestive metabolism. This, and other ingredients not stated in meal make up would have made selection on monthly options even more limited for me personally so as I pointed out, it was best that I go no further with this mode of weight loss.
