Bamboo not knotweed
Had a neighbour come around said they had knotweed. We had some shoots sprouting up in our garden which we started to worry about. I emailed them and within 5 mins had a reply saying it wasn’t knotweed which was a relief.

Excellent fast service to confirm a shrub in the garden is not japanese knotweed. This service was free. I have used this company in the past and they were excellent at removing and maintaining japanese knot weed.

I had a plant growing in my garden…
I had a plant growing in my garden which I didn't recognise. I used a plant identification app to see what it was. I am aware that those apps aren't foolproof but in general are quite accurate. I was taken aback when it suggested Japanese knotweed. Knowing this could be a real problem if no action is taken I contacted this company to confirm. I received a response within a couple of hours which allayed my fears. Very quick and efficient service. Thank you
