Never will buy a Jawbone product again!

I have a warranty issue still outstanding since September 2016 ... Sent numerous emails (currently on 4th reminder) and also tried calling their 1-877-254-7426 number several times; however there is no response and an automated message advising they are experiencing technical issues!

Beware: This company doesn't' provide support in Europe

their answering machine states there don´t provide telephone assistance in Europe..so the only way of asking for help related to a malfunctioning band is through an email....that they never answer.
They used to be good...years ago...now its over.
is there anyway we can ask for a refund? I wonder if there are still selling bands and other stuff ..

Not fit for purpose, zero support

Quite simply put a sports tracker should be able to stay on your wrist. The Up 3 clip is not fit for purpose, a semi-acknowledged design fault, yet the 'activity-clip' is not supplied with the so called 'sports-tracker' unless you contact them requesting a refund for fear of losing the thing!! They sent me said 'activity clip' but the band fell off WALKING around central London before it turned up...

Support has decided the easiest way to resolve this issue is to stop replying entirely after their advice of "check the GPS", rather than resupply or issue a refund. Who's at fault; me or the UP3s not fit for purpose design? I say the latter but at minimum a response is justified.

Jawbone; this has gone to you as well. Respond.

My mom asked me to help her get a r …

My mom asked me to help her get a refund on her broken jawbone UP3. I have been trying to contact the company to either get a replacement or a refund since October. I have a UPS tracking number that shows they received the one month old UP3 (which broke almost as soon as my mom received it). I am also a customer of Jawbone and was the one who recommend them to my mom as I have never had an issue. I will be selling my Jawbone and switching to another product. This customer service, down phone lines, no return emails, and refusing to honor her warranty is unacceptable.

Hero to Zero

The first time I had a problem with my band the people at Jawbone couldn't have been more responsive. That was 12 months ago. Now this same problem has occurred and, apart from one silly email that clearly meant they hadn't read mine properly, they have been unresponsive. That all started back on 4th November. I have ended up buying a used replacement band on EBay but once this one stoops into a coma I can't wake it up from I will put my money elsewhere, Such a shame because 12 months ago the service was personal, courteous and prompt. Obviously Jawbone become victims of their own success and that's a real shame.

Jawbone deserves 0 stars.

My band split, causing it to be unwearable. I emailed and received the standard reply over a month ago. I responded to that after 10 days, and still have not heard a response. I have called their customer support line, which has the message "phone support is not available at this time." So, they don't respond to email support and they don't offer phone support. This company is a joke and their products are poor quality. I will not be buying from them again.

No Customer Service

I purchased an UP2 in May and it worked well. By August the band had started to split. At the end of September it was completely broken. Their Customer Service responded to my first email and said they would honor the warranty and send a new tracker in 4-6 weeks.

As of this writing in the end of December, no replacement has been received and Jawbone will no longer respond to communication.

Terrible customer service

Bought my up2 in July, had it replaced once in September for poor battery life - no where near 10 days, lucky if I got 3-4.
Same issue again - thing is frequently out of battery with no warning after 3 days, have given up wearing it now. Been emailing for 2 months with no response at all, finally got an email the other day to which I have replied but now waiting on their response.
Just can't believe the service is soooooo bad - really quite shocked.
Told me to return it through who I bought but Amazon won't do returns this long after purchase. What a waste of time.

Non existent customer service

My up2 won't charge, have gone through all the correct procedures to try and get it to work and then emailed. I have a fault number - hooray but nothing else happens despite repeated emails asking for an update. They are an appalling company and I won't be using them again.

I have been trying to get help for over 3 weeks. I have called at least 4 dozen times, messaged on Twitter twice, gone through their support site 4 times and even filed a complaint with the BBB.

They refuse to respond to anything but the BBB and that was only to be rude and say they wouldn't help me even though my product still has 3 months left on the warranty because I have to go through their support options. I have done that repeatedly and told them that. They said too bad. I am stuck with a worthless band that cost me a fortune. They won't honor their warrenty because regardless over over 3 weeks of trying for help noone will help me. I am going to have to replace it out of pocket. I will be changing to fitbit where the customer service is good and the products don't break for no reason.

No contact from customer support

My UP2 worked great until the band split 2 months after getting the band. I contacted support and they replaced the band quickly with no issues, a short while later my band wouldn't pair to my phone. I contacted support and they got back to me within a couple of hours and the problem was solved. I was impressed with the service. Sadly 4 month later my band has broken again and I can not get hold of support to get this dealt with. Jawbone have been updating their Facebook page and I have left numerous comments but still no response, if they have shut down the UK support they should supply contact details on Facebook or direct to all customers, after all they have our email address! Very poor show Jawbone.

The Worst of the Worst of the Worst of the Worst...

I have been a customer of Jawbone for MANY years. I have purchased many Jawbone products for clients, friends, and family. Recently, I purchased a new Jawbone Era Bluetooth headset for a client...the headset never worked properly. I have called Jawbone Corporate seven times, have written to them five times...NO RESPONSE. Jawbones TS phone service has been shut down.

I WILL NEVER BUY A JAWBONE PRODUCT AGAIN. The Worst of the Worst of the Worst in TS and CS.

Support?

My 3rd UP2 failed in September 2016 resulting in an email from Jawbone that a replacement would be sent right away. It is now the end of December and after two follow-up inquiries I have not received a replacement nor a reply to either email. I bought the UP2 for my wife and I because it got good reviews, but the reliability and subsequent support have been awful. The strap has also failed on my wife's UP2, but I finally just got her a Fitbit instead of dealing with Jawbone support again.

Fraudulent company

The bands' clasps come undone easily so they fall off. The cheap activity clips that they use to prevent this break and they stopped sending them out. Their customer service number is now unavailable and they will not respond to their customer service emails. They were supposed to send out a new band under my up4 warranty. It's been months and now they will not respond to my emails. They are a sinking ship that no longer services their own products or honor the warranties.

Customer Service fell off the face of the earth.

I really wish I had read all of these other reviews, but it is comforting that it's not just me going through this nonsense. I had an UP2 and I really liked it but within the few months the band was so loose and wouldn't stay on, and out of no where it literally just snapped in half (was just sitting on my wrist). I contacted customer service and they originally were so helpful, I had to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of what happened. It was covered under warranty since I had only had the device a few months. Got another follow up with customer service saying it was delayed with shipping for 3-4 weeks but I would get a tracking notice once it shipped. Five weeks later I get an email saying they have a shortage with that particular UP and they ask me if another color would be okay. I reply back saying that color would be fine. Get another email saying thanks for doing business with them and since I am satisfied with my new product my case will be closed. I immediately reply back saying wait a minute it is not settled yet, I have yet to receive a product or even a shipping number. No response. In the next three weeks I sent three more emails asking about my product and claim---still no response. I call the number and for three weeks now I've gotten an automated voice saying the line is temporarily down. I make a new claim on their website explaining everything and including my old claims reference number and received an automated "we are at high volume but your case has been opened message" that was two weeks ago. I put my claim in, in the beginning of October it is now mid December and customer service literally just stopped replying and never sent me my device. I am beyond frustrated with this company, I have never dealt with a company that blatantly lies and just falls off the face of the earth. What kind of company doesn't have a phone number?!?! What kills me is my co-worker put a claim in to her FitBit the same week I put one into Jawbone, and she had a new product within 10 days with no hassle. I will NEVER buy from this company again!!!!! I would recommend that you take your money elsewhere because this company is downright awful. I have a broken UP2 after 6 months of use, and have wasted my time. I will take my money and business to Fitbit, or anywhere other then Jawbone.

---You should be ashamed of yourself JawBone, you're nothing but scammers. I plan on sharing this review everywhere I can so that others don't have to deal with what I had to. What a waste of time and money.
