Horrible experience with customer support.
1. The order was apparently delivered front of the porch (email confirmation by Yodel)
2. Contacted multiple times JB on all socials because I have ring camera, No one was front of my door to deliver the package
3. Finally got a hold of CS, they contacted Yodel and they sent POD picture my package being inside somewhere on the table - probably the delivery office.
So you explain me, how do I get email the package is delivered but proof of delivery is inside a place I’m not aware of? And if they would claim they delivered it, why would I let a stranger to get inside my house and take a picture?!
Since I made this concern back in emails to JB, I got no response whatsoever, and still requested refund and since then absolutely nothing!

As many others customer service fir refunds are shocking. They ask for a tracking number to be sent to a Chinese email address Quiycia01 then don't respond.
But then ask for reviews.
The manique stand broke immediately and the colour of the wig is certainly not what was onnthr pictures. I sent the wig back on the 18th Nov with an email of the tracking. Now the 10th Dec .....

Awful company, very rude, rhe customer service is the worst I have experienced. Delivery is LONG, and if you ask a question you get a one word reply. Steering clear!!

Very poorly run company disgraceful customer service, I never received my order they didn’t care wasn’t interested just said for me to call the police it must of been stolen during delivery and then stopped responding to me don’t order from them
Restocking fee
When you return your wig, they will charge you a restocking fee between 10 - 20%. This is illegal in the EU and the UK.
Make sure you file a complaint about this at the Consumer and Market Authority in your EU country!
Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. The wig I received was such poor quality and looked nothing like the pictures — the hair felt cheap and fake. I tried contacting customer service for a return and refund, but no one ever replied. I sent multiple emails and got completely ignored.
To make it worse, the wig was ridiculously overpriced compared to other brands, yet they can’t even provide basic customer service. I requested a refund and still haven’t heard anything back.
Total waste of money and time. Please think twice before ordering — don’t make the same mistake I did.

Initially I had a very positive experience with this company. After receiving a wig with a manufacturing defect, I contacted customer service and quickly received a polite response offering a free replacement without needing to return the original. The new wig was high quality and looked very natural. On the back of this I ordered a second wig and unfortunately had a completely different experience. Firstly the wig took ages to arrive and when it did it was badly made and the wrong colour. I followed the return policy, sending a return request including photos of the wig with tags still intact and they just ignored it. I checked email address and sent two more, but not a peep out of customer services. Luckily I used PayPal and its now under dispute with them.

I ordered a 2nd Kloe wig after getting and liking 1st one. The second one came it was poorly made shoddy and looked and felt awful. I sent it back with tracking to their warehouse in coventry they have received the wig which was sent back to coventry I have received no answers to emails or refund

The wig they sent was nothing like the picture or description it was a lot darker and shorter I asked to return and they gave me an address to send it too but did not refund my money , the emails I get say they have to a PayPal account which I didn’t use to pay for it . I am currently asking my bank to retract the payment .

The wigs were ok quality but the service was terrible.
One wig was completely the wrong colour. I paid £19 for fast delivery and it arrived significantly late and they would not refund me.
Two items were missing, they did not refund me.
They charge a restocking fee despite this being against UK law, even on the faulty wig. Any time I asked a question in email it was either completely ignored in the reply or they just said no and referred to me as dear/honey etc just dismissive and unprofessional.

I have brought over 40 wigs from JB Extensions. They are excellent value for money. They are a Chinese company and sometimes the terminology they use is not what we are used to but I have been wearing wigs for 25 years and only discovered JB Extensions in February 2025. Easy return and great customer service
I've purchased four wigs from jbextension. First three are perfect, bought off tiktok. I bought one from their site and received it in about a week. It had a major flaw on the crown and i had to return it. I did not even try it on. I contacted them through email and received a response that same evening asking for pictures because people will wear the wigs then try to return them. I sent the pics showing the tags intact. I went ahead and used ups to send the wig back, they gave me a Houston address. I shipped it Sunday and received a full refund by Tuesday night. They didnt charge me a restocking fee because the wig was unworn and had a flaw from manufacturing. I will continue to purchase wigs from them. Silvia and her staff are very friendly. English is not their first language so they do use words like "dear" when addressing you. I find them to be very professional and kept in contact with me every day until the refund was posted. Thank you Silvia!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I recived my wig and the cap was awfully small, hair colour looked synthetic so I requested a refund via email my emails were getting ignored for weeks. I sent the wig back to the address provided although because I couldn’t provide shipping tracking they refused a refund even though the order has been sent back !!! They said there’s no one overseas to check my return parcel, robbing idiots, clearly a Chinese company.

I never write reviews and I wish I had researched this company before I placed my first order. Please avoid this company at all costs. As beautiful as their wigs are, if you want to return for whatever reason is a pain and they ignore your emails for days, you have to chase and send multiple emails and that’s even if they respond. The way I got them to respond was I jumped on their live stream on Tik Tok, they have no choice then as I made it clear on my comments I was being ignored. Anyway Iv sent my wig back fully tracked (cost nearly £10) and they emailed me telling me I have to let them know when it’s been delivered to them, yes they asked me to keep track of the return and to tell them when it’s been delivered. Just wow. Please avoid them, they’re messers and I don’t think they’re a fully legitimate company to be honest.

My wigs didn’t arrive over £200 and my emails are being ignored! My weeks were supposed to be tracked they were left on the doorstep and when I came home, they weren’t here. I’ve been contacting JB extensions so they can raise an investigation but nothing my emails are just being ignored

The wig I received was not the color advertised. As soon as I took it out of the bag, I could see how much darker and frizzier it was—without even trying it on. When I reached out, the company pushed back on accepting the return, even though it clearly didn’t match the product description.
The return process is a hassle. It took days just to get the return instructions, which they didn’t send until the day it needed to be postmarked. Then they asked me to let them know when they received it—how are they not keeping track of their own returns?
On top of that, they charge a restocking fee and expect you to pay for return shipping, even when the mistake is clearly theirs. To make matters worse, the customer service rep repeatedly referred to me as “honey,” which felt dismissive and completely unprofessional.
Poor quality control, disorganized return process, and condescending customer service—save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I contacted customer service, and after they asked for a ton of pictures of the rash, the wig, etc., I was told that my rash could never have been caused by the wig, even though a doctor had confirmed it. I think it's a shame that no leniency was shown in this case, and instead the customer was accused of lying! I never asked for my money back, but instead for a small discount or for the wig to be returned, as it is unusable for me.

I have bought 11 wigs over 7 month…
I have bought 11 wigs over 7 month period. Only one of them lived up to my expectations. I was watching the lives on tik all the time, I decided it's definitely better to buy the monofilament or at least the partial mono, the last 3 wigs you can't part them left or right side because the manufacturer didn't make them correctly, leaving bald patches where they should have had hair. Other wigs are too dark rooted ( the blondes) the lighting doesn't look so dark. Some of them are so tight and don't fit and they are supposed to . The cream blonde isn't cream blonde, its simply grey, yuk, I've of my mono tangles badly before you even get it on , others might not.
I've given many of them away and only really like one of them.
I have spent about $1,800 aud.
I'll be looking for another brand because JB quality got worse. Thier return policy isn't worth bothering with
