Very disappointed

I have waited a long time to purchase JBL tune 520BT I wish now would have waited and bought maybe the 720s or something my jlab cheapo jlab is better sounding than these jbls I was sorely disappointed I have the JBL party box and I love it everybody's told me how good the jbl's or so I decided to buy them I won't do that no more but I can't believe it I was hyped up happy and couldn't wait to get them back to the house so I can listen to him and I've done everything that everything's told me to do with them they're still the bass is so weak in them it's like I said my my jlabs out performs them and they're a cheap cheap cheap headphones and they blow these out of the water but I will not be purchasing no more JBL headphones I should have just went with bose I can't believe I waited all these years to get jbl's and finally did it and very disappointed

JBL Go 5 speakers: You are required to be a teenager

We bought 2 JBL Go 5 speakers for travel. They have annoying lights that are unsuitable for use in bed at night. To try to turn them off we were forced to download an app that is totally geared toward teenagers with pictures of smiling youth and invocations to "get the party started!" etc. So we dutifully set up the account and give JBL our data, mandatory. But the app didn't work, could not connect to the speakers. After an hour of fiddling called customer service. After waiting get a guy who says oh you need the portable team (there was no option in the voice prompts to select a team) so had to wait again. Finally get a call center, guessing in the Philippines, and the guy says I'll email you instructions (obviously these problems must occur a lot). After another hour of elaborate fiddling manage to get the app installed and connected to the speakers and voila it turns out you cannot turn off the lights, you can only select from a set of groovy themes to rock the party! Apparently we are just the wrong demographic to want speakers. Who knew? From start to finish, utterly off-putting treatment of customers.

JBL FLIP speaker. Just awful. Impossible to reset so impossible to change signal source. Factory reset never works. Sound quality is ok, not particularly good. Hassles with Bluetooth and resetting makes it an absolute pain. Try something else. Anything else is likely to be better. Mine will likely get binned shortly despite it still working. So frustrating.

I purchased JBL SB270 around 1 month…

I purchased JBL SB270 around 1 month ago, but unfortunately it stopped working properly within such a short time. I expected much better quality from JBL. Even after service support, the issue is still not fully resolved. Very disappointed with the product quality and after-sales service. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

never ever purchase jbl headphones both wired and wireless.
i am writing this out of frustrartion.
1st my wired headphones wired got damaged within 6 months what a cheap wire.
and now i though i should trust once again and purchased JBL510BT series and this devices leaves the connection again and again .
i am truely frustrated.

3 different headphones bought in 3 different occasions, from 2 different countries, and all of them had issues since day 1, and when I contact the customer support they tell me to reset the headphones, I do reset the headphones and it happens again in a week!!! Why would I need to reset a brand new headphones every week?!!!!

The issue with the last headphones is what made me come to write this review, the case of the headphones are 100%, I leave the earbuds in it for hours or even days, and they show that they're charging, I get them out after a day or so, and the left one is 20%, and when I contact them they tell me to reset it, even though I did that and it keeps on happening, they kept doing the same while I was covered by the warranty till it was over, I literally till everyone I meet who wants to buy headphones to avoid JBL like the plague. Awful products and awful customer service

Terrible returns and refund process be warned.

I ordered JBL sound gear clips in black on their website. Well that’s what I thought I had ordered , when the confirmation arrived it was the copper coloured clips. Immediately I tried to amend the order but it was too late in the evening as customer services were closed.
I emailed them but by the next morning I had not had a response so I contacted over chat but was told nothing could be done. Once an order is placed that’s it the process cannot be interrupted. Even though the order had not been despatched, I doubt If it had even been processed as they were closed overnight,I was repeatedly told nothing could be done.
I had to wait until the sound clips arrived then send them back for a refund. I duly did and using the supplied returns courier it turns out the estimate was going to take six days to arrive in the Netherlands, they were sent from the UK so I don’t understand why they were going back to the Netherlands?
I was then told it would take 5-10 business days for the refund. At worst that’s 16 days or at best 11 days to get a refund. This is partly because sending back to the Netherlands via UPS snail mail sucks up 6 days.
Customer services could only “see my point” as every message and email said but couldn’t do anything about it.
Beware if ordering, you may get the wrong product and if you have to return beware for a long wait

JBL Eon 615's AVOID EONS

JBL Eon 615's. lasted 2 years, never gigged with. Both amps went bad, one was repaired and failed again. The NAME JBL means NOTHING to me now. I recommend avoiding the EON line.

Ordered the 720 party box speaker…

Ordered the 720 party box speaker system 2 days ago. It arrived promptly as it said. When purchasing this there was a promotional offer where I should have also received a free party light stick.
I purchased the items using a blue light discount code and upon delivery no complimentary light stick. Upon querying this with customer service I was told the offer was cancelled due to my blue light.
It doesn’t state anywhere within their site you cannot do this. I said I would probably return the item and their response was as you wish.

I got a JBL soundbar that had some issue. I contacted JBL and they upgraded me to the new soundbar , JBL 1300MK2. This is as close that you will get to true theater sound and experience. A real beast with great power and bass output. Very happy with this system . Thank you JBL.

Ordered a set of headphones from them, the same type as the pair id been using for years, reat headpones but they sent me the wrong thin, their support was quick and i returned the item to not hear from them for ages, just contacted them aain today and am told that they are still waitin from their internal team almost 2.5 months later smh

Don't buy or just get a refund if to late

Never had this much of continuous problems that have no resolvable fixes according to (no exaggerating) every possible article I could find online about this product I thought I might've just got unlucky and it somehow got damaged with delivery but I wanted to give this so called "quality" brand another shot and then it proceeded to have same exact issues not even 2 weeks of owning which not to mention pretty much same amount of time owning then they have the same issues be fr JBL what happened🤣

Annoying voice every 2 minutes when it is on 20% reminding you it is low battery...
Horrible ergonomics, I have small ears and the largest fitting constantly falls out
No way to find the case/buds without them being turned on? What on earth is the point in that?

So not use this brands headphones, they will not refund you, or replace your item with a different model. Genuinely awful company with 0 care about returning customers who have purchased their product for years.
